Wheel alignment 101, do it right!

Just needed two visits again after a all wheel alignment to get it right and a straight steering wheel. But 2 visits, 2 car wash coupons, few hours and more test driving all is well again. Glad I was in vacation. Employer never understands these things. Duh give me a company car!

Good Service

I am loving my chevy spark. I am glad that I got something that is slightly bigger than my previous cars and that is newer. I cant stop smiling ever since I got it. All that matters I like it. Most of my family likes it. Its a very cute car to ride in.

Superior buying experience

Our experience was the best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had. Michelle was superb in so many ways. She had identified a vehicle that fit our requirements and had it close by when we arrived. She made sure we were comfortable during our entire experience and we felt that she was very honest and sincere at all times. We will definitely look to Bob Brown in the future!

Perfect in all respects

Service person seen immediately, got right in bay, went over truck needs, started sevice, finished on time, courteous, explained results of diagnostics, thanked me for the business, got coupon for wash & was all done. Perfect service!

great service and quite friendly

I wish I could recall the names of your team who did the oil change and tire rotation. They did their usual excellent job as the previous two times. Be sure you don't lose them to another company because you have A-One folks at this location. They are always very polite and answered my questions about my car. Thanx for keeping my Cruze in good shape. Have a good one!
