Great Service

I stopped in for a service on my Silverado. I got right in, was offered to use my points to pay for the service, and was told of a few issues that I should consider getting fixed. Very friendly and prompt service personnel.

Quick professional service

I was a little disappointed that the automated carwash was shutdown. I did receive a voucher but it's an extra 20 min drive to this facility. The staff did not make me aware of the shut down until the car was finished and the package was already paid for.

Oil change

Little busy the day I visited, sure shows the need for this type of service. Too bad the car wash was out of service for two days, but maybe the weather had something to do with it.

Great Service !

Went in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Drove right in and the work was done immediately. Excellent service as always & I highly recommend Bob Brown Chevrolet for everyone's service!

Excellent Experience!

I was very impressed with all of the gentlemen working in the lube center. They were very nice and quick! I had my two little children and dog with me and I didn't even have to get out of the car! They also gave me a free car wash! Great experience!

great facility

After bad experiences several times with Bob Brown's on Merle Hay Road, we were assured by Bob Brown's people in Ankeny that you would have a pleasant experience with the new Bob Brown's Chevy in Urbandale and was very pleased with the new facility and people and their attitudes towards customers. Unlike very rude sales people at Merle Hay site. Thank you for opening somebody's eyes on how to treat people. Also, thank Bob Brown GMC/Buick in Ankeny for their genuine hospitality. If it wasn't for them, we wouldn't have went back to them again. Harsh words but very true. And many thanks to Ryan Raker for all of his help.

Great Service

We greatly appreciate Eric Dowerah - as he was the sales agent that helped us find our car. When we had an issue go wrong with our heat, I had to take it in to be fixed. At first they expressed that I wouldn't be able to have a loaner vehicle but I insisted we were told there would be a rental available in the case that our car was in the shop. They assisted us with getting a rental and for the week we had it I received check up calls from Bob. This was very helpful and no cost to us. Thank you for all your help!
