I recently bought a new Ford from Charles Gabus. After 53 years of buying cars, boats, and Motorhomes, this was the best purchasing experience by far. I live in central Missouri and cast a wide net looking for the car my wife wanted. Thanks to Anthony, our salesman, and Casey, the sales manager, the trade deal was smooth, easy, and appealing. I didn't hesitate to drive 5.5 hours each way to make the purchase. At the dealership, the service from the sales team to Britton on the delivery crew was first class and efficient. They had us in and out quickly, as promised. Though I didn’t expect to buy a car in Des Moines, I know where I'll call first for my next Ford. Thanks, team!

This dealership has taken care of my vehicle since we moved to Des Moines. They have taken good care of my vehicle except for one aspect. We were going in a long driving trip and the dealer talked me into getting new tires. Tires are not cheap. We purchased the tires. With less than 30,000 miles on those tires, we were told that they needed to be changed and were becoming unsafe. If the product I was purchasing was only going to last that short of a time, I would not have purchased them. The last oil change I was given a quote for the third time on new tires. To be honest, I am trying to decide if I want to purchase them at the dealer. Still trying to decide.
