    I went in for a regular oil change. Before i went i had no other problems with the car. After the oil change i get it back and find that my brakes hardly... work. I brought the car and told the Tech and his Supervisor what happened and they immediately denied that it was something that they did before even investigating it. They said that they just changed the oil and did nothing with the brakes. It must be a coincidence they said. My thought is that the brakes worked perfect when i got there and they did not when i picked the car up. The odds that something like that would happen naturally during the 50 min or so that they had it and werent even driving it have to be very very very slim. It was no random coincidence. I dont know how they managed it but i am sure they did something to it. I have gotten a car there in the past and service done since but after this experience i can say that i will never go back to Charles Gabus Ford.

    Gabus Ford over the years has had a habit of recommending service that is in the Recommended but not required not required just to pad the service bill... and bilk the customers out of money. It is all about the bottom line, not the customer or vehicle needs. I won't have any work done there anymore because they would not investigate a problem under warranty when I brought it up, but latter told me that it would cost me $750.00 to fix after it was out of warranty. I have oil changes for life on both my car and pickup. That basically is all that I intend to have done by them in the future. Other needs for repair will be done by my mechanic or another dealer if needed. I intend to keep both vehicles as long as possible but don't intend to allow Gabus Ford to perform any maintenance work. There have been several instances of needed maintenance the my mechanic noticed but was never mentioned by the mechanics at Gabus Ford. Every time my mechanic finds something needing repair that Gabus mechanics didn't bring to my attention (other than recommended service) just confirms my suspicion that the dealership is only interested in padding their bottom line. Not a good way to serve your customers or run a business. James Seger

    Make sure the vehicle you are purchasing from this dealership has the details they described the car as having online. We purchased a vehicle advertised... as having 3.73 gears to find out 1 month later it has 3.31 gears. Their website clearly stated 3.73 and still does. Don’t be fooled
