Very nice auto campus, good dalesman

I have typically hated the game playing at most dealerships and have usually been dissatisfied with the level of honesty and professionalism, (stereotypic used car sales) but I had an upfront and business like experience at Willis. I appreciated that.

CUE Screen issue

I have had some problems with my CUE screen graphics, the 1st time I had service on this issue they couldn't duplicate my problems but did rectify by updating this aaccessory..Then the entire CUE screen graphics went wild and I lost all use of this screen.The screen gave me a notice that it was updating??? but initialization failed, then some other message..I had the dealership (not repair) look at this and didn't know what it was..So I had service take my car and they were stumped too but once a call to GM was made, all was well and although it took from a Thursday to Tuesday to repair, they took care of the problem w/o further issues.I had the use of a 2016 SRX while my car was being repaired so I was Happy..

Pleasant rapid service

Weht to Willus for oil & filer changes, along with tire rotation and 20K visual checks. I was in and out in under 90 minutes. The car exterior had been washed with driver and front passenger areas vacuumed, but the rear was untouched. Overall the experience was pleasant despite the ongoing service area rennovations, so the wait room was temporary. Still the wait room had complementary Keurig services, bottled water & sodas and some light snacks, but no donuts like many other local dealership service areas. Skylar, the service rep was friendly and knowledgable. He booked a return appointment to replace a small panel cover (left off on prior visit), which was out of stock. When I returned home I noticed a tire stem cap was missing, so I'll get that replaced as well on this next visit. Hope it is in stock.

Nice and timely.

OK over all. Kept wanting to drop off the vehicle early on my way to work. The serivce scheduler seemed to have a difficulty with the concept and that I should show up at my appointment time. The serivce manager had no issue with me dropping my vehicle off early and in fact, they were abe to to get to the warrantly work even faster. Well done overall!

Great overall experience

My wife and I bought two vehicles from Willis. Our experience was one of exceptional service, fair prices and great selection. Our salesman, Jon, and his manager, Chris, were both excellent to work with. I would recommend Willis for any buy or lease whether it is for a new car or a used car.
