My I-Pace & Willis Jaguar
The dealership and the employee's I interacted with get 5 stars. It is a very nice dealership and they couldn't have treated me better. Everything went smoothly, they answered all my questions and didn't waste my time. One of the best new car experiences I have had 35+ years of buying new cars. However, the car gets a one star. It has failed miserably in meeting expectations. It is the first car I can honestly say I made a huge mistake in purchasing and I arrived at that conclusion within a very short time. I live nearly 500 miles from the dealership and my trip home rates as one of, if not the, worst drives of my life.

MINI of Des Moines
Onboard computer said it was time for routine service. I was in the neighborhood anyway, so stopped off at MINI dealer to make a service appointment. Jeremiah said, "How about right now?" So got the whole thing done in just a few minutes without having to make an appointment. Thanks, Jeremiah and crew . . . great work and convenient too!

Willis Auto Campus
Bought a used 2015 XC60 and it was out of alignment and engine had a high pitch noise. Took it back to Willis Auto and they fixed them under warranty. A week later we found the back panel started to separate from the body. I thought all their used cars went through detail checks before they put out on the lot. This time it is not covered because it is not "mechanical problem". I haven't even gotten my license plate yet! I am out of luck!

Great Experience!
I purchased a Q70S and I lived in KY and drove to Iowa to purchase this car. The sales staff did a great job of explaining the process and even did a FaceTime call to let me see all the small details of the car and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I have been burned in this type of deal before and I was skeptical but they definitely did everything right. They worked with me on my concerns and picked me up from the Airport and the deal went super smooth. Everything was just like they said it was and they honored every promise that was made. Im Super satisfied and I love my car!
