I have been working with my service Tech Karen for almost 10 years. This is the first survey that I have seen. She started with my Hummer and now with my GMC Acadia and Cadillac . I just want to say that she is the best and most accommodatting service tech that I have ever been assigned to. She explains to me what has to be done, offers me others services that may be needed and returns my car at the time she promised.

Edwin Montoya is a top notch professional who is always responsive and takes care of everything. He gives me complete assurance that he has everything handled. Edwin works hard and endures that I get 1st class service.

Regular Service was completed quickly compared to other times. Service agent Karen was Great as always.

very good service professionals ! I received a Vera $ 25.00 certificate but it was tricky ! only can use for service no for parts my car service is included in my lease deal. they said sorry but you can not used even for buying key ring
