The dealership is always excellent the people are friendly efficient and do their best to keep things going smoothly however General Motors sucks to treat a Cadillac customer like I was treated because I was under warranty is inexcusable so my problem is with General Motors and their Cadillac division I do not feel like I was treated like a Cadillac customer I could have bought a Chevrolet and got the same treatment as I have bought many many new Chevrolets and it was the service from Cadillac in 1991 that I started with new Cadillacs that has kept me there but now I see nothing to keep me there a Cadillac again no fault of the dealership or my service provider my issue is solely with General Motors and their Cadillac Division I would think

Always very pleased with the service, from making the appointment, dropping the vehicle, getting a call that the vehicle is ready, the cashier, and the gentlement that bring the car out.
