The concierge pick-up service was convenient. There was an issue regarding the address, which I had to speak with someone on 3 different occasions to get it corrected. But, Mike was able to finally get my pick-up and drop-off location correctly updated in the system.

I had an amazing experience at Vera Cadillac. I arrived at 8:30 pm and wasn’t rushed out or cut short. Todd went above and beyond to make sure I got my Corvette the next day without any issues, delays, or games. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly and helpful. I definitely would do business here again.
