The car had an oil leak he explained the situation after the mechanic had reviewed the problem. He explained everything very detailed.

The dealership is always excellent the people are friendly efficient and do their best to keep things going smoothly however General Motors sucks to treat a Cadillac customer like I was treated because I was under warranty is inexcusable so my problem is with General Motors and their Cadillac division I do not feel like I was treated like a Cadillac customer I could have bought a Chevrolet and got the same treatment as I have bought many many new Chevrolets and it was the service from Cadillac in 1991 that I started with new Cadillacs that has kept me there but now I see nothing to keep me there a Cadillac again no fault of the dealership or my service provider my issue is solely with General Motors and their Cadillac Division I would think

Unfortunately this was my 4th time getting my vehicle serviced with transmission issues in 6 months. However every time the employees made me feel a personal connection.
