The dealership is always excellent the people are friendly efficient and do their best to keep things going smoothly however General Motors sucks to treat a Cadillac customer like I was treated because I was under warranty is inexcusable so my problem is with General Motors and their Cadillac division I do not feel like I was treated like a Cadillac customer I could have bought a Chevrolet and got the same treatment as I have bought many many new Chevrolets and it was the service from Cadillac in 1991 that I started with new Cadillacs that has kept me there but now I see nothing to keep me there a Cadillac again no fault of the dealership or my service provider my issue is solely with General Motors and their Cadillac Division I would think

Unfortunately this was my 4th time getting my vehicle serviced with transmission issues in 6 months. However every time the employees made me feel a personal connection.

I do get both of my vehicles serviced at Vera Cadillac. I am completely satisfied with their attention to detail. Edwin Montoya is always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Always very pleased with the service, from making the appointment, dropping the vehicle, getting a call that the vehicle is ready, the cashier, and the gentlement that bring the car out.

This is the third time that I've had to take the car in, second issue, but although nobody likes to have to deal with this, Christopher and the dealerships demeanor made this experiences, delightful, and pain-free as possible
