I think that I could have been treated with a little more attention. I have made it a point to go in and look as I don’t belong. It took them a little... longer than I liked to know I did and I had cash. Remember appearance is not all that matters
I bought a 2006 BMW 325xi wagon a couple years ago from the owner. It was well cared for but a few issues that I budgeted for and fixed. I paid $2,000... less than a comparable Subaru! My last Subaru was AWD as was my Chevy Astro AWD. I bought at 149,000 miles well aware awd is more maintenance. Over the past couple years I have been restoring it to mechanically almost new condition as planned. If I had bought a Subaru, I would have been pretty happy, but with similar upgrades as of now, depending on luck, could have spent more. That said, as much as I have loved my Subaru s and as good as they are, my BMW is a whole different ballgame. Better handling, ride, performance of a true road car, not even close. Even safety, as Subarus are highly rated this car exceeds Also not that smart blending of aftermarket and genuine BMW parts keeps cost comparable as compared to higher initial cost and maintenance of a Subaru But the glue holding this together is Jeris, John (Rusty too!) is in helping me make this work! They go beyond the call of duty as far as checking things out, advising me, and at times sparing me unneeded expenses and non essential repair. Think about this. If this is the way they treat me as I restore my car to new, just imagine the service they give you on a new BMW. They are consistent with all who walk in the door, from all staff to service. You are serviced professionally regardless whether you bought the most expensive BMW they sell I love my car, but it is the outstanding service and care that really sets them apart. Everyone is a VIP at BMW of Murray. They rock!
Thank you, Ryan Rosendahl, for your prompt evaluation of my 2005 Porsche and for what I consider a good trade-in allowance. The trade-in bought me a beautifully... cared for black 6 cyl turbo-powered-X3. The high-tech features of the vehicle are nothing less than awesome and I greatly appreciate the fact that I can call on Murray BMW for instruction if and when needed. I have to add that the Murray facility is a warm and spacious environment in which to wheel and deal and have a look at the beautiful new BMW machines on the show room floor. Keep up the good work, Murray team!
I left my car here on a Saturday morning for an oil change and to repair an oil leak. After waiting all day to hear back, I started to worry that I would... be car-less on Sunday, not to mention the start of the work week Monday. At this point (maybe 40 minutes before close) I started calling all the extensions hoping that someone would answer. Fast forward past 15 minutes of off and on calling, an aggravated representative finally picks up and is extremely short with me. She tells me that my car has been ready and waiting for me for hours (the oil change only, the leak was not addressed) and that if I did not show up by close, I could not get it back. If I arrived one minute late, I would be out of luck. Luckily I was able to arrive just before close, and in person the representative seemed to at least care about customer service. But I still left with a bad taste in my mouth and a car that was still leaking oil.
Bought our second BMW from Ryan Roosendaal and BMW of Murray. Once again Ryan you made car buying fun again. Your knowledge of BMW cars is incredible.
I completed a sale for a BMW M3. Unfortunately, BMW had an airbag recall which prevented the dealer from finishing the sale. It was a difficult conversation... and phone call for them and they handled it as well as they could. They offered to reimburse me any out of pocket cost which was classy. They sent my a personally written note apologizing again. It wasn't a happy situation for me, but they did the best they could under the circumstances. My concern was eventually getting the car (because it fit my criteria) and they assured me that it would be held for me until the airbag was repaired. They have continued to keep me posted since that time.
Kori and the entire team at BMW of Murray were all wonderful to deal with. Very knowledgeable about M3s and willing to work with me from acquiring an allocation... to helping me schedule the delivery of the vehicle on a time frame that worked best for me. Kori kept me informed at each step of the process and made my first BMW buying experience one to remember! Their passion for the product and service was felt and appreciated by myself and my wife.
Had a great visit with BMW of Murray service just this morning. Was greeted by a smiling young service writer lady named alicia who was very helpful and... explained everything in very easy to understand terms. Our car is older so I know service at the right place is necessary to keep it running well. Thank you BMW of Murray.
I have a MINI my husband has a BMW and we did a two for one visit today to get both of them serviced. The waiting room was a lil over crowded but my husband... hung out there while I went to MINI and grabbed some of their treats. I was done in 40 minutes, my husband was done even sooner, said he dealt with a Dan Taylor who wasn't typically working on the cars but wanted to make sure we had a great experience and we sure did. Thanks Dan for the speedy service.
