Caden is awesome.

Caden is awesome. Hiccups with lending meant he had to work overtime to help get an approval. Caden managed to work it out, keep me apprised, and get me in a pretty amazing car in a timely manner.

I want to share some feedback on my recent experience

I want to share some feedback on my recent experience with the parts department at BMW of Murrray. Before I begin, let me tell you a little about myself, I have owned over 30 BMW's in my life and have purchased 2 BMW's from your dealership, one as recently as 2 weeks ago a brand new 2025 X5. Today I went to your dealership to buy brakes for my 2020 330 (purchased from your dealership). I am very knowledgeable on BMW parts etc and knew what the pricing should be. MRSP for the brakes is $163.15 at every BMW dealership I checked with and the actual sales prices vary from $97 to $115. I can share documentation on these prices. I came to your dealership today to buy the brakes and was quoted around $239 and was told that was list price. Of course I was very surprised and questioned the parts person on this price and he defended it even after I shared proof of the actual prices I have seen. I asked to speak with a manager but he said none was available. He went in the back and he came back out and I said you know what I will just order them from another dealership at the much lower price and he then went on to say that he could sell them "at list price of $163.15". I was obviously confused on why he called that list price when he previously said $239 was the list price. One other comment that part's person did say, he didn't understand why I was so upset since he gave me a good price. He didn't give me a good price, he gave me the price of MSRP after I complained about the inflated price. Had I not been a knowledgeable shopper I would have been taken advantage of. After much back and forth I bought the brakes as I needed to do them today, however I still need to question why you are selling parts above BMW's MSRP. I had a similar experience a week ago when I wanted to buy roof racks for the X5. Your price was in the neighborhood of $500 and i had them shipped from my previous dealership in Dallas for around $350. I would appreciate you personally giving me a call to discuss my experience with the parts department and why you are selling parts for above MSRP compared to every other dealership I check with. I did speak with Kirk in Sales as he approached me to find out what the issue was. I shared my frustration that I just experienced with parts. I did tell Kirk the very positive experience I had buying my X5 from Joe 2 weeks ago however parts is a much different experience. I am looking forward to speaking with you on Monday. I had my first oil change performed at BMW of Murray.

I had my first oil change performed at BMW of Murray. Jasko Hamidovic was very polite and professional. There is a recall on my vehicle (integrated brake system) for over one year,,but this is not a dealership problem, it is a BMW USA problem. Jasko tried his best to put me on the waiting list t have the recall addressed. Thanks Jasko and BMW of Murray.

Horrible salesmen and managers!

Horrible salesmen and managers! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Beware! They lie about everything! Horrible service! Dealt with a salesman that sent inappropriate communication with me. The rest of the management team lie and deceive just to get your money! I would never go to this dealership again! I would rather drive 100’s of miles away just to get one. I love bmws and would buy one again, BUT NEVER FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They scam you and are so beyond unprofessional. The verbal abuse I received from them was extensive and they will lie about everything!

Horrible service when buying a new vehicle.

Horrible service when buying a new vehicle. They lie and deceive just for a sale. Once you sign the papers, they don’t follow thru on what they state is included. They will call you names and state you lie. From upper management all the way down to the salesman! I would rather drive 100’s of miles away versus deal with this shady dealership! I have been a bmw customers for over 20 years buying from multiple dealerships. All other dealerships were amazing, this one however was the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my life! Dishonest, shady and honestly they are not good people themselves. Beware and stay away!

I worked with Ryan Roosendaal at BMW of Murray.

I worked with Ryan Roosendaal at BMW of Murray. He was awesome, incredibly patient, and very helpful. I would highly recommend Ryan and this dealership. I have nothing but great things to say! The entire process was smooth, and it was a great experience overall.

September 12th 2023 response to complaint I was played pretty good today. That is messed up and sorry to hear what happened wirh finding your dream car. I feel thw same way because the sale was already happening but the rep told me the car was available. Yes sir. I am disgusted behind belief of how lazy someone can be to check if someone was already in the process of purchasing it ... literally I was like some low life to this guy that he said it was available and I was the happiest I had been in a long time. Worst experience in 30 years with car salesmen and I never even met the guy thankfully. They will play games all the way until the end knowing there is already a person buying the car I was a " just in case " plan B before closing I was going to buy the car outright.

Avoid servicing your vehicle here at all costs!

Avoid servicing your vehicle here at all costs! After taking my vehicle in for service I spoke to the service MANAGER Dave Hansen, who lives up to every stereotype you can imagine. He suggested I pay for services that were latter verified to be completely unnecessary and was also extremely rude to both my wife and I, on two separate occasions. This is our 4th bmw and we will never buy or service a vehicle at this location again.
