We just picked up our new QX80 Autograph last week.

We just picked up our new QX80 Autograph last week. This is the second QX80 we have bought from Coulter. Peter was awesome keeping us informed and in communication even videoing inventotry for us. He was also very knowledgable about all the technology and was extemely helpful in demonstrating the vehicles many features. We have been loyal Coulter customers for over a decade now, and could not consider buying from any other dealer. We look forward to the continued excellence working with the service department. Nader runs a very professional business. We couldn't be happier

My car's radiator burst during a very hot day.

My car's radiator burst during a very hot day. I had to call a tie truck and had it towed to Coulter. They were able to diagnose the problems without too long of a wait. The waiting area was comfortable and had good snacks. After discussing the repairs needed, they gave me a loaner. The next day, they discovered another problem that needed repair. I was allowed to keep the loaner for the whole weekend. My service consultant was Scott who made me feel comfortable and explained everything well Everything went well picking up my car and so far, it seems to be running great.

Always good.

Always good. I have had the opportunity to work with Mike Rios often over the years. He's one of the main reasons I chose this shop. Professional & considerate. No hidden agenda. The mechanics get the work done in a timely maner.

I brought it in for an oil change and I knew there would

I brought it in for an oil change and I knew there would be more. Mike did an overall check and I had a lot of repairs to be done. I selected the repairs I wanted done now. As soon as we knew they would need addirional parts that were not onsite, Mike set me up with a loaner car so I could go on with my day. He had the work done by the next day. Excellent customer service.

I had an issue with my cars A/C.

I had an issue with my cars A/C. It was a really complicated issue that couldn't be diagnosed by other mechanics. These guys worked with me to ensure that the issue was diagnosed, and sent the information to their tech-line to ask for advice from other Infiniti mechanics across the nation. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of.
