I found the car on Auto Trader and contacted them.

I found the car on Auto Trader and contacted them. I worked with Margo and she is really nice to work with. She took care of what I needed to do and helped me through the whole process. As for the car. It was a used car and there was some issues but Coulter Infiniti took care of what I needed. They gave me a loaner and also dropped my car off after it was done. Thanks to Spencer the service director for taking care of things.

I feel they overcharge for service, at least as compared

I feel they overcharge for service, at least as compared to other service centers. I was told two air filters needed to be replaced and they were charging $120. Similar air filters can be purchased for under $20, even the official Infiniti parts are less than $25 each. I was quoted $50 each for two, and $20 labor. I probably shouldn't have blamed the tech, so I changed my rating for him. He did get back to me right away when I had questions.

I have always been happy with Coulter Infinity since I

I have always been happy with Coulter Infinity since I first purchased my car there. I was out of the country and the entire transaction was done over the phone. I picked up the car a couple of months later when I returned home. It now has 40000 miles on it and all the service has been done there. I have been very satisfied with all my service visits.

Replacement of differential input bushing

Had to replace the input bushing on the differential on an older INFINITI. The job was done well but at 4 times the price allowed by my third party insurer. I am sure both parties exaggerated their cost position but it left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve worked with my particular service consultant for

I’ve worked with my particular service consultant for almost 10 years. (Scott Shaffer) He provides good explanations of any car issues & goes out of his way to assist the customer every time. That is the reason I keep returning to Coulter Infiniti.
