Do not recommend Alfa Romeo Service here! I made an appointment a week earlier with the Service Advisor (Lexy) for Alfa Romeo. I have had my Giulia serviced at International Auto previously. I arrived at my appointment one half hour early to check in. Lexy was no where to be found. Three different Service Advisors went to look for her and could not find her. They reported it to the Service Manager who proceeded to come out of his office and apologized. He subsequently went to check me in and could not find any of the details for the appointment. After several tries, he found my previous visit and entered the services required for the day which included a Recall. I informed him I would be waiting after my hour drive and asked for a completion time which he stated to check back after lunch. I proceeded across the street and call five times after lunch asking for Alfa Romeo Service which went off into never-never land with no one answering. I proceeded to return to the dealer and ask in person. Lexy was now at her desk and stated that she had not even checked me in yet. I stated that she was no where to be found in the morning and the Service Manager had to check me in. She went to check on my Giulia and came back stating it had not been started yet. I informed her of the time frame given by the Service Manager and she stated she was unaware of what took place earlier in the day (obviously). I asked to speak to the Service Manager again who was unavailable. She was even rude at this point stating that maybe they could get it done by the end of the day. I then told Lexy to go get my car and I would find a dealer who cared about servicing their customers. I will find other areas to post my comments. They even had a slogan on the wall indicating their strive towards excellence. This was the worst service I have ever experienced and am glad I still have a Lexus who does strive for excellence while walking the talk. I had over an hour drive to get to the dealer and then another hour to return home. My wife and I lost the entire day! I will be looking for another dealer within driving distance. Bob

Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me
Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. Can't say enough about the outstanding service from Zach, shuttle drivers Mark and Greg, and driver Dave/ Thanks so much!!!

Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I took my son's car in for 2 items needing repair and an
I took my son's car in for 2 items needing repair and an oil change. I was never given an estimate or a diagnostic charge to review the issues. The Dealer called me with in an hour of dropping off the car and told me they could not fix one issue and the 2 nd issue they were not sure they could repair it or how much it would cost. to my shock when I picked up the car I was $220 each ($440 total) for the issues they did not fix and a little over $200 for an oil change. I really feel like I was taken advantage of and grossly over charged. In the past I was always given an estimate or a diagnostic estimate but this time I was not. $440 for less than an hour of time to tell me they could handle the repairs is outrageous. I will never be in the car dealer again and that a shame because I was their customer for the last 20 years.

They sold me a 2015 Corvette.
They sold me a 2015 Corvette. I got 20 miles down the road and experienced a shudder in the transmission. Took it back immediately. They fought with me a bit but finally paid Chevy dealer to perform a known service bulletin. When I asked them what would happen if that did not fix the issue, they told me that I would be on my own. Secondly, when I went to sign the paperwork, there was a several hundred dollar charge for "data dots." When I asked what this was they said that they do this with all vehicles and that it can lower insurance. Insurance agent sort of laughed and said that there is already so much security on today's vehicles that something like that does not ever lower premium. Last issue that I still don't know if they are going to resolve is that they told me that both key fobs were working properly. Come to find out, the convertible top button on one of them is dead. Chevy quoting $199 for the fob and $160 to program. Beware! They do NOT stand behind their vehicles!
