This dealership dishonesty was on full display, with no trade in and $ 2000 down this dealership fees a 27900 car ballooned to almost $40,000.i will be opening up a case with the attorney general of New Jersey.Sara and dom should be ashamed of themselves for cheating honest hardworking victims out of their money.

Just an overall horrible place to buy a car they run your

Just an overall horrible place to buy a car they run your credit multiple times they try to put you in whatever car they want you to they talk to you like your child specially the guy in the back and finance onto yourself a favor and go somewhere else cuz this place is horrible just look at the reviews on Google or any other platform their cars are expensive when you go there if you look at the prices online they are much lower and then they tell you that the price online is to cash value they pretty much judge you by your credit and that's the price you're going to pay for the car if you have bad credit they put the price up

Absolutely the worst.

Absolutely the worst. Buyer beware! Do your homework before you deal with them. Promised half reimbursement on a set of new tires. (Tires on vehicle were bald. All4)) RECEIVED NOTHING! Promised extra key. RECEIVED NOTHING! Added extra fees. I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Taking them at their word was my biggest mistake. Every time I would call the place of business there would say let me call you back from my cellphone. Everytime!!!!

They are very sneaky they won’t give you a break down

They are very sneaky they won’t give you a break down before running your credit and going to the banks they just keep beating around the bush they have a huge hidden fee that just doesn’t make sense your better off going to the actual branded car dealer. they tried to sell me a Honda accord priced at 14k but some how the price came out to 25k just ridiculous. I wish i read the reviews before even talking to them

THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I have purchased many used cars in my lifetime and never had issues like this. These people are crooks! I don't even know how they can sleep at night doing this to people! Derrick was my daughter's salesperson and just like most of the reviews here the vehicle was listed for one price but when they did the paperwork was $6,400 over the asking price. When I asked what the additional $6,400 charges were for Derrick gave me some xxxxxxxx story! The loan they gave her was for 23%!!! Totally unheard of, her credit score is in the 700s and her last interest for her car loan was 9.5%. I am trying to help her get it moved to another loan company but of course like everyone else is saying they are NOT sending the vehicle registration, and I can't move the loan without it. They also gave her some xxxxxxxx story that if she makes payment on time that her interest rate will go down to 4 - 5% in about 4-5 months. That ISN"T EVEN TRUE!! They are a bunch of xxxxing liars!! We live in Pennsylvania so the car had to be shipped here (which I would NEVER purchase a vehicle out of state). The car arrives with a severely chipped up paint on the roof which you can see looking at the car head on. NEVER was that mentioned or even a picture of it! The back tires are bald and all for tires are dry rot. Oil needed added and don't even know if they changed the oil. OTHER than the extra $6,400 was to cover maintenance they did on the car. They didn't do ANYTHING. She has had the car for about two weeks and is telling me the brakes are grinding. To say I am pissed is an understatement! She is just starting out in life and this is what they do to young kids! Her and her fiancé worked with the dealership, I did not get involved until after the purchase was made. I wish they would have told me and I would have known that they were getting SCAMMED and taken ADVANTAGE of! This just sickens me! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and wherever else that I can take action so this doesn't happen to others. After reading the reviews it does sound like this have done this to a lot of people and needs to be STOPPED.

Big scammers.

Big scammers. I drove 100 miles to buy vehicle with cash from them , they try to charge 7000 USD on top of advertised price. Not recommend them

Watch out for the additional charges.

Watch out for the additional charges. Went in for a 26k car and all went well till the paperwork came out. out the door price came out to 36k. Delivery charge of 1500, Lojack to save on their insurance for 1600 then an inspection charge of 2600. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place. The salesman even told me that they advertise a low price just to get people in the door then add all that xx on at the end. No wonder people hate used car dealers.

Beware of fake charges

Walked in based on a car found on line. Car was great loved it. Walked out after talking price. A $16,500 car was going to cost us $21,900. There was a $3000 charge for vehicle preparation and psi. The most expensive car wash I every heard of. Whatever price you see add 5 grand.

I was interested in a 2019 Rav4.

I was interested in a 2019 Rav4. The price listed is $26,500. I spoke to Brandon and one other person. I had an appointment for Friday November 11th 2022. I ended up going there today November 10th 2022. Before I went I emailed and called to let them know I was coming and I made an all cash offer of $25,000. No one said anything. I drive from New York city to New Jersey and was an hour and half each way trip. It was a wasted trip. Because when I got there I meet Brandon. And all of a sudden the price changed from $26,500. To $32,900. There are some dealer fee which ranges from $1500 to $4000 per Brandon. I believe these people think I was born yesterday. It's a shame that I could not bring home this 2019 Rav4 because the dealer more money than the listed price. Buyer be aware. It's not a professional place. It's a low budget run down yard and they work out of a trailer. What a wasted trip. Time I will never get back. Thanks

Daniel was great.

Daniel was great. He practically sold me the car I brought over the phone. No pressure, very positive, courteous, friendly & listened to what I want as far as pricing & car with the features. He introduced me to Gabe who did all the paperwork, he also got me a better finance rate.. I’m very happy I chose Prestige Auto & since I got my car which I ove, I been spreading the word to go see them, they will take care of you..
