This is an abomination of a stealership. I purchased a car from them recently and they have operated in bad faith at every step, stealing thousands from me in misrepresented and bogus fees. As far as I can tell, every single employee they have is a crook: from the sales people, all the way to the managers, finance people, and accounting people. They have no concern for business ethics or your well-being, and will screw you over at EVERY chance they get. They don't service/inspect their cars, they install GPS trackers on all cars without telling you until the last second when they make you pay an additional $695 for it, they overcharge you for title/registration fees and then sneakily add in additional "service fees" without mentioning it in their terms, and they are the worst communicators I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I LOVE the car that I purchased from them, but they are all con artists that shouldn't have a dealer's license. This place shouldn't be in business. Also, special shoutout to Maverick Barro, their office manager, for giving me the run around for months on a bogus fee and then hanging up on me after disrespecting me on the phone.

Lots of hidden fees…beware
I spoke with Justin on their sales team and this is a pretty smart scheme they’ve got going. They offer a vehicle at or below blue book value, which generates lots of interest. They technically do sell you the car at that below book price but mandate that you purchase a ton of warranties and other fluff products that make the selling price irrelevant. Basically, they sell high-margin warranties and crap to compensate for the attractive sale price. Kinda smart but totally a scam. If you do want to purchase here, just force them to give you a line item of all costs. I’ll submit a CFPB complaint one day when I’m bored.

TERRIBLE!!!!! Don't waste your time, money, or energy! The management and staff are unprofessional. I've never experienced this level of low class customer service in my entire life. They seem incompetent, unwilling to respond, lack of training, uninformed of company policies, and a lack of people skills. When the vehicle we purchased arrived, it was FILTHY and the tires were busted (ALL 4 TRES). The vehicle hadn't had an oil change and I don't believe the vehicle was inspected. We purchased the vehicle with cash and had to spend an additional $1800 for new tires and an oil change. The manager didn't apologize, nor offered to refund us the amount of the tires. I regret purchasing a vehicle from this company. If anyone is considering this dealership.... DON'T!!!! Find another one company that will value you as a paying customer.

STEAR CLEAR!!!
Buyers beware! had a horrible experience with this dealer from the beginning... purchased a Mercedes from them they incorrectly submitted my information to motor vehicle which caused my car to be registered under someone elses name this person had a lawyer threaten to take our car! we also purchased an extended warrenty trying to cancel the warranty was a nightmare i called the warranty company who said they couldnt do anything I needed to contact the dealership called the dealership multiple times the dealership kept giving me a run around nobody returned any of my phone calls everyone was too busy to speak to me on the phone constantly transferred form one department to another... My issue is not yet resolved and I paid in CASH for this car I guess now that they were paid they dont care about their customers!!!!!

Buyer beware one month later still can't contact anyone to help me resolve my issue I keep getting the run around no one is ever available to speak to me or too busy to speak to speak to me they don't return my phone calls but they had no problem keeping the cash I paid in full for my car and for the extended warranty!
