Ron, at Rich's went over and above with us! I never felt pressured on a price or on a car. We told him what we were looking for and what we had and he found it. They have given me a loner when I've needed one for repairs. Always fast on service. All the guys who work on the lot are always friendly and helpful! We felt like it was our favorite place we've bought a car and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

Fair Pricing, Straightforward to Deal With We went poking up and down Aurora for a sturdy, inexpensive used pickup to do some light household hauling and after stopping at four or five lots, found the best combo of vehicle, price, and buying experience at Rich's. No games, no three-card monte, no fooling around. The truck we bought needed a little quick shop work and Rich's took care of it as promised with no fuss. There are about 50 places along Highway 99 to go fishing for a used vehicle, but I would recommend you start at Rich's and save some mileage as well as some possibly sketchy outfits. We sure appreciate the straightforward transaction.

I have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle in my life! Sean made sure that everything was taken care of for us, including making sure everything was fine when he heard the ignition catch slowly and had the starter replaced before letting us take it. Everything from the phone conversation to the customer service was top notch.

I never bought a car from someone I didn't know before but ended up at Rich's recently and dealt with Glen. He was one of the most helpful salespeople I've run across and went the second and third mile to work with me. I took the car overnight to test drive, he did the small repair I requested straight away, and was absolutely brilliant in the way he interacted with me. He's solid, straightforward and true. I recommend him highly. The car is over 15 yrs old but he treated me like I was buying a brand new Porsche.

So far, so good. I called after seeing several cars that interested me online. The salesman took the time to look up each of the 5ive, give me details, speak about the source of their cars and assured me that I could take it to a garage to check out before or after purchase, then return if I'm not happy with the car. Sounds good to me...we'll see.

No drama no stress! Such a great car buying experience. Found what we wanted online, drove down from Bellingham to see it. Sean let us check it out without the typical salesman hovering. When we decided to buy, we got a great trade in value for our old car and got a good deal on our new van. I never want to buy a car anywhere else!

Low Overhead Car Pricing I had a great car buying experience at Rich's Car Corner. Glenn was great to work with, and no pressure whatsoever to buy. No fancy car lot, which results in low overhead pricing on their cars. Great experience, I plan on going back in the future.

We went there to look at a couple cars for our daughter. They were all garbage. They claimed to have solid reliable cars but I would not trust one to my daughter. The salesman was rude and oblivious. After politely saying we were not intrested they then made a comment good luck getting out as they proceeded to try to block me in.

After multiple attempts to contact, absolutely nothing from them. Take my money elsewhere, I guess.

Thanks for the chance to deal with people who know cars. I walked in with my fair deal, and walked out with my fair deal and the car I wanted. Lots of cars to choose from, so many, he needs a second story!
