    Just wanted to give a shout out to Laura Solis, Product Specialist. She was great to work with during my new car buying process. Understood my specific... requests and my budget concerns. She also followed up with me after delivery of new car to make sure everything was as I expected. This is the third Honda I've purchased from Gillman Fort Bend and I've always had a great experience and never disappointed!!

    I have purchased numerous new vehicles from other dealerships and have never been mislead as horribly as I was today. I was given a quote in writing and... verified by text from the salesman only to be told that the price had changed an hour later. Then I try to speak to the General Manager and he is conveniently at lunch then with customer meetings all afternoon when I tried calling back. People like these are the epitome of slimy car salesmen. Maybe tomorrow the GM will have time to take my call but definitely not going to hold my breathe. Looks like I am buying from one of the reputable dealerships that warned me about this type of shadiness.

    I met with the sales guy Chris and clearly explained that I am leasing and showed their other Gillman numbers. His manger co.es back after going back and... forth and throws a number which do not add up to the competition. Then he scratches and says a new lower number and failed to explain how he computed lease numbers. I had to probe a lot and finally walked out. They are clear, lot of communication gab internally and it was just waste of my time. Poor sales strategy and they need more customer presence. I also used their repair services for my odyssey amd they do not know what to diagnose and do trial and error. Overall I had bad experience and will never go back to them and will share my bitter experience to my friends

    I bought a used 2011 Toyota 4Runner at this location and the sales guy was a good guy and the transaction was OK. The thing was I did not check for a spare... tire kit and the spare tire it self. I have always bought used cars at good honest dealers and they have always provided those two things in the vehicle, two days later I was changing the tires on the vehicle and I came to find out that there was no spare tire and no kit to change the spare tire with. I called immediately and the sales guy tried to help but the manager did not budge and told me that I bought the vehicle "AS IS" and I did, but I was expecting for them to do the right thing. I WILL NOT BUY CARS from these guys anymore and beware of this individuals. Make sure the vehicles have everything in place. GOOD LUCK!
