One of the worst customer service I have seen in the last 20 years of my Car buying experience. I bought Car from Gillman in 2018 and I go to them for... Service as well. Two weeks back, they changed the battery during Oil Change telling me it's under warranty and it will be free. Now they are telling me it's paid and they will send the bill to collection even after I told them I am out of City and will get back and talk to them. Gillman is just good during selling of the Car. The worst Car Providers. John Eagle service and treatment is way better than Gillman. Don't trust them!!!
I had the worst purshase experience ever!Mr Thompson was responsible of the deal!He had me driving back and forth for a deal that didn't work out! It... was a waste of time waste of money! He told me he had4 years of experience and acting like he had none what so ever. we were there for almost over four hours of back and forth and waiting on him, for what felt like we had nothing completed.

I went here today to test drive a 2017 Honda HR-V, listed at $13921 on various websites. I felt nice about the car after driving, but the real drama just... began afterwards. I was told that some odd $3500 will add to the listed price of $13921, as it is a certified pre-owned car and they did some service like tire change, etc. With that add on, the tax, title, registration all summed up to as much as $19000, which I felt is absolutely insane. First, if I am paying $19k, I can better buy a brand new one, why bother buying a used car? Second, why do they not list the full/real price on the advertisements? In these difficult situations with the pandemic and this hot weather, I drove with a friend almost 100miles from my place to test drive this car to discover that they have hidden charges amounting to an insane $6000. This is plain and simple harassment. It was a very frustrating experience and would like to make everyone aware of this. Absolutely not going here back again.

Called to negotiate a vehicle and the manager stated a higher price of $800.00, than what they have it on their website and CarFax. The vehicle was priced... at 11,791, the manager wanted 12,500. Spoke to Robyn Helton attempting to negotiate the price and pay cash, she refused to tell the manager what my highest cash price was to purchase the vehicle. She is a useful as a hemorrhoid. Acted as I was wasting her time in the few minutes I talked to her over the phone. If she was unwilling to help over the phone, I can just imagine the service I would get in person. Do your homework if you decide to go Gillman Honda and purchase a vehicle, cause they'll give you a higher price than what's online.

Recently purchased a new vehicle. While I personally dislike the process my experience proved to be a good experience. The reason I attribute this to... is the sales representative, Laura Solis. She is professional and gives her full attention to the desires of the customer. She also gives attention to the details and should our needs require a vehicle in the future she would ne my first call.

I talked to Luis in the morning asked him about a preowned Honda CRV 2019 , he said yes it is available, when I reached the lady in the information desk... was very polite and asked me if I need help , I told her I am here to meet Luis , actually she walked to the side glass office and told him that I was waiting , Luis continued Talking to his colleague about 10 minutes and I was watching him, finally he met me and asked me what it is about , I remind him then he said let me check , then he went back and continued hatting with the same person for another ten minutes , he pretended that he was searching for one minute, the he came back said sold out , then I asked him what about the other Pilot posted in the website, sold out , I asked him if they are updating the inventory he said no . So I think it is not fare to let the customers wasting their time and drove after work just because . I am not really sure with this type of service how this place make business , and the owner need to look why his employees are not motivated . By the way my wife and kids drove another car for an hour to meet me there . Thank you

After being subjugated to terrible service, this dealership still has the audacity to harass me three months later after I have repeatedly told them to... leave me alone in every way possible. The lies from the salesmen started via phone before I even stepped onto the dealership parking lot. I was promised by Christopher that he would hold the car for the time it would take me to arrive at the dealership. Upon arrival, Christopher proceeded to show me a different more expensive model under the pretense of the vehicle I wanted being harder to bring to the front. The entire test drive he told me that the vehicle I requested and the vehicle I was test driving handle the same and he would get the car I wanted out when we finished the current drive. While driving the newer model I asked about a few of the features on the car that seemed to be missing or broken such as the center console. He stated, “that’s just how the newer models come”. Upon looking it up online and in another physically present car it was proven a lie. He then quoted me a price on the newer model that was $6,000 less during the test drive than when we sat down at his desk. He blamed it on it not really being his desk. Then stating that the car I originally drove all the way to the dealership for had already been sold and they just forgot to mention it. This after as soon as I got there originally was told it was just difficult to get to the front. I suppose it is hard to get a car for me if they already sold it. Christopher then said he could clear this misunderstanding by having the manager come out and lower the price of the new model to be “very” similar to that of the one I originally came into this specific dealership for. After waiting for the manager to grace us with his presence he offered us the “manager special” which was more expensive than what Christopher offered us the car originally. After wasting my time I left and went to a dealership that I heard was more reputable and proceeded to get the EXACT vehicle I wanted. Like I stated in the introduction. I am only leaving this review three months later due to continued phone calls/texts/emails of Gilman Fort Bend continuing to harass me. If I could I would rate this dealership 0 stars out of 5 stars.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Laura Solis, Product Specialist. She was great to work with during my new car buying process. Understood my specific... requests and my budget concerns. She also followed up with me after delivery of new car to make sure everything was as I expected. This is the third Honda I've purchased from Gillman Fort Bend and I've always had a great experience and never disappointed!!
I have purchased numerous new vehicles from other dealerships and have never been mislead as horribly as I was today. I was given a quote in writing and... verified by text from the salesman only to be told that the price had changed an hour later. Then I try to speak to the General Manager and he is conveniently at lunch then with customer meetings all afternoon when I tried calling back. People like these are the epitome of slimy car salesmen. Maybe tomorrow the GM will have time to take my call but definitely not going to hold my breathe. Looks like I am buying from one of the reputable dealerships that warned me about this type of shadiness.
