I had great experience purchasing a vehicle from Select Automotive. At the beginning of this process, they immediately responded to my online email inquiries. And stayed in touch. Most dealerships do but I can tell they do not all do it. The dealership is centrally located, easy to get there, clean and engaging. Many of their cars are low-mileage and most seem to be competitively priced. I got the feeling management stands by its cars and sales staff. Got a problem, take it to management, someone's going to fix it. (Well, they probably could add some refreshments of sorts for customers. You know all the high-end cars and everything) If that jokingly may be my only complaint then we're good here! Up first, William Carter - this guy is amazing! He was not the salesperson I had been dealing with (he was not available). He filled in, did not try to take the other salesman's contact and acted as if I was actually one of his primary customers. He showed me everything and answered all my questions. William is one of the primary reasons I come back for a separate visit. I would definitely hire him myself - He's that kind of guy. A few days later I did meet my primary salesperson - Brody Feuerhahn. No disappointments there - he just picked up where William left off, picked up the ball and ran with it. I think I also liked the fact that this salesperson could tell me all about his cars. Of course there ultimate goal is; please buy one of our cars - but no real hard pressure sales tactics. Well, maybe they did do so to some degree, but I did not really feel that way - so Kudos to them! I bought a beautiful 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedan. No complaints so far - I think that says it all!
