Shopped online before I came to the dealership, I knew exactly what I wanted and had the pre-approval from my bank. I came ready to buy. Once we sat down to talk numbers there was no negotiation. I told them where I wanted to be with my trade-in and the new vehicle, they literally stood up, shook my hand, thanked me for stopping by and walked me to the door. I bought from a different local dealer that week.

Lee and JJ bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with everything, Lee followed up with me with all info i needed and was very patient even with me being meticulous. Marty and Gary were very helpful during the process of looking for, sending videos of and the buying process of a car. I live in Williamsburg and found the car online. Which was in Va. Beach. Marty basically gave me a virtual tour of the car and from there, started the process. Inside of 24 hours or so I was driving home and love my vehicle. I was super happy I came here. My truck was totaled and I had a week to get a new car with not so good credit. Brody was great. He helped me find a car within a reasonable budget, and by the time I left, I had financed and put down a deposit on a new truck! He was knowledgeable, and answered all the questions my mom and I had. In three hours, I went from thinking I wasn't going to have a car to having a new one.
