Exotic Motor is first class in hospitality and servitude selling top notch vehicles! They help us seek the finest Toyota Sienna, Ford Picks with fair pricing. Their finance department provided speedy services and within 30 min my contract and financing was on time. You will see many sorts of fun, exotic, full lines of quality cars to choose from. Great experience.

I worked with Adam. He was a pleasure to work with. Answered all of my questions and sent photos and videos of the car at my request. He was transparent about everything. They will receive my business in the future.

Great Price, Great Cust. Service, Highly Recommend

This is a review for Adam Qadri from Exotic Motors, I purchased a Lexus LX470 from him sight unseen. Going in, I thought the asking price as marked was already fair so rather than negotiating on price (most used car dealers don't like to negotiate price), I negotiated a few services that were important to me and would cost a lot more for me to do elsewhere. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend Exotic Motors, ask for Adam Qadri, he's top notch. Also, if you're purchasing from out of state like I was and have concerns about the car, ask for pictures, detail records, carfax... etc. Adam is very accommodating and honest, and he made the purchasing process very easy for me. Here's my car purchase story: I live in California with family in Chicago and found the vehicle from an online car shopping site. I reached out and Adam got back to me within the day. I asked for the carfax and pictures of the underbody (as Chicago trucks have a known rust issue), and received both timely. As we conversed about the car, I told him I wanted the timing belt and water pump replaced, as those services would cost me over $1,500 to perform outside. Additionally, as I lived in California, it would be awhile (due to a vacation I had scheduled) before I could pick up the car, and in return, I would purchase the car at the stated price. Adam was able to accommodate my service requests and store the car inside the warehouse, during the time I was on vacation, so as to not expose it to the formidable Chicago winter. A concern I had was that used car dealers might use non-factory parts for replacement as they're cheaper. Adam reassured me that they only use OEM Lexus parts, and took pictures of the parts and more pictures during the servicing to reassure me. I had my father (who lives in Chicago) inspect the car before I purchased it. I paid for the car sight unseen and Adam made the processes very easy. He sent over the contract and after we both signed, I wired the money to them and they put my name on the title and sent me pictures to prove that the car is officially mine. Once I got back from vacation, I flew into Chicago to pick up the car. The show room is impressive, very neat and clean, they have many used cars to choose from. Adam brought the Lexus out for my inspection, I noticed a few cosmetic blemishes which were not immediately clear in the pictures, so I told Adam and he was able to fix the issue and I went home happy with my new Lexus! Overall, this has been a great car buying experience for me, I will admit I'm very picky when it comes to cars (I only buy used) and I always try to get the best deal possible. I'm not afraid to demand what I want from the dealer and have high expectations in customer service, after all, it is my hard earned money. It should be apparent by now that I was very impressed with the level of customer service Adam provided. I was able to text/call him with any questions I had at any time of the day and he always responded within the hour. From what I've seen, Exotic Motors definitely sell a lot of used cars monthly and are very experience in the business. Because you're buying a used car, some issues always arise and when they do, don't hesitate to let them know and they'll take care of you. If not, ask for Adam, I know he will!

Car purchase

My second time buying a car from this dealership and I have had a great experience each time. Mike was our salesman and he was great!

Not the worst...

Test drove a 2010 subaru impreza. It had bubbling on at least one of the tires. Not safe to drive in Chicago in February even for a test drive. I could have died says the mechanic that inspected it. The car was in need of $4500 in repairs just to make it safe. I feel sorry for anyone buying that car.

2006 Ford Focus Wagon

Adam did an excellent job getting me into this car. As an out of state buyer he allowed me to take the car on a lengthy test drive. I felt no pressure to buy it unless I was totally satisfied. The Focus was extremely well detailed.

Best service ever!!!!

These fine folks went above and beyond to help us out! I live 10 hours away. Only arrangements i could make for travel were to be there at odd times. They made accommodations and assured a smooth transaction. Stuck to their word on everything they promised.

Good Price

Came in to see a Lancer Evolution and was told if I was serious about purchasing the vehicle I should put down a reserve and then go to the bank and get a loan. It took me a week to get a loan and was contacted several times during and asked how the loan was going because they kept on getting calls about the vehicle. I was told afterwards if I had not put a reserve down on the vehicle someone would have definitely bought it, if you come and see a vehicle at this location that you are serious about buying I would 100% put a reserve down before getting a loan because these people are trustworthy.

Sold in bad shape

I bought my car and within one week the check engine light went on. I then had to buy all four tires,that?s when the tire sensors broke. Overall I had to spend more money on repairs than their deal on the car. They sell cars that need work, not ready to drive off the lot. The companies with unethical selling practices need to be reprimanded.
