I have to say this has by far been the best car buying experience yet. I had given up on a car that I wanted because of an experience with our local dealer that sells the car I wanted. So when my household needed a 2nd car I decided to look at bigger cities around me...when I found exactly what I had been looking for. My only hesitation was that it was 300 miles from me. I called and spoke several times on the phone with Greg and found out that I would be able to take the train from where I live and he could pick me up. I had given Greg info for my bank and they could talk and give each other what was needed so I didn't have to be the middle man. Before I headed home with my car they went over all the different options in the car and even set the Bluetooth up for me. The car was such a great find, I am so happy to have found what I was looking for. Give them a look you won't be sorry. I have been letting people know about this dealership where I live because it is just a simple train ride to them and then you can drive your new car home.

Buying a car from European Auto was truly a great experience not only during the buying process but also after returning home. I had to transfer the title from Illinois to Wisconsin. Both states took a little bit of fun out of the initial pleasure of purchasing the vehicle. Wisconsin told me what else I needed from the dealer in order to transfer the title. I called Alex the office manager at European Auto and from that point forward Alex bent over backwards to resolve the issue. Alex and I talked over the phone several times while the two states danced around until they were happy. Alex and I got to a first name basis along with recognizing each others phone numbers. We joked how we proved there was hope for the world by showing how Bears and Packer fans can put aside their differences to get something accomplished. Anyone can sell you a car. It's the special dealers that take care of you after they have been paid. Great experience and I love the car,

Went in there knowing what I wanted and the staff there made it quick and simple. They weren't being pushy on trying out other cars once they seen how I wanted my first choice. Alex there made everything happen for me and explained everything in its simplest form. Very satisfied with the friendly service!

We were considering buying a small SUV and had looked at 3 to 4 other cars. I called Gary and the one that was listed was out of the area. As we were going to make the decision immediately, he quickly brought the car in and I reviewed it. They were all very considerate, and friendly and easy to work with. The car was clean well maintained and was top of the line. We negotiated ad had the car the same day and this was all during a snow-stor. It was a pleasure to meet Alex, Alex's Father and Gary - We've had the car for just a few days and all looks a tough it was a great deal!

I was looking for something to replace my extremely high mileage Acura (282K miles) and decided I wanted to look at Volvo's. I was already pre-approved from my local credit union here in Indianapolis so I had a budget and was looking locally. I didn't find much here so I broadened my search here on cars.com and found a great deal. I was pretty weary about making the 3 hour trip just to pick up my car from them but in the end we decided to just do it. I couldn't be happier that we did. I had lots of worries being a former car salesman myself because of unknown service records, smells, cheap quick repairs, etc. This dealer put all that to rest as soon as we got there. I got an 05 Volvo S60 T5 one owner with no accidents and low miles for the year for an absolute steal. The interior and exterior are fantastic for a 10 year old car. No problems anywhere. No cheapo repairs and there weren't any weird smells. The car was exactly as advertised. Greg and Alex were great to work with and pretty straight forward. We got all the stuff done very quickly since I was already pre-approved. We were in and out in about 2 hours which included a full one hour conversation with the insurance company. When we left I immediately called a friend of mine who has a few older Volvo's to tell him to look at this dealership since I know he's loosely in the market again for a newer Volvo. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good deal and not worried about taking a trip to get there. Great experience! I'll be going back in a few years!

Very good people and very good service. From my very first conversation with them they came across as friendly and open people. I came in to see a used vehicle. I was given a full vehicle history report, as well as the most recent maintenance report which was also done by them. Besides, all the staff at this dealership are mechanics as well, so I felt pretty assured that the vehicle was in a good condition. I?ve been driving it for a few months now, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Alex and Greg were easy to deal with. I bought a 05 Volvo xc90 from them, and the vehicle was as advertised. We showed up late afternoon and they gave us plenty of time to look over the vehicle without worrying about the hour, and made the experience stress free vs other (new car) dealers we were at earlier that day.There were no stories, just the car fax, their history, and the car. Excellent pricing. This car was intended to be a secondary low use vehicle but is in beter shape than I thought on day 1. Yes it's a used car and had a few exterior scuffs. But there was no attempt to cover any up. We have already recommended them to friends looking for a car for their daughter. Take a look. Wow these guys are really went above and beyond for me! I was looking for the perfect car for my first purchase and they went through almost the WHOLE inventory just to make sure that is what I wanted. They were patient with me, funny and overall a genuine family biz. I would definitely recommend Alex to my friends and family and of course will keep him for my other purchases.

Very disappointing. Mechanics missed simple obviously things after supposedly going over the care first before selling. Customer service is very lacking at this facility.
