PURCHASING A VECHICLE, could be a trying and difficult task. however, let me express my recent experience with WESTCHESTER EUROPEAN AUTO SALES.COM I was greeted by a salesman named Alex, who is extremely knowledgeable about automobiles. We agreed to have him pick me up at the airport, which by the way was exactly on time. After arriving at the dealerpleaship located at 11125 W Roosevelt Rd. Westchester, IL 60154 @www.european-auto.com . I was also greeted by another gentleman who I found to be very pleasant, and had over 30+years in the automobile business, to my surprise this was Alex's Father, between the two gentle-men they have over 50+ years of experience in the automobile field. My experience in purchasing my vechicle was OUTSTANDING. Would I purchase another vechicle from this dealership.. NO QUESTION, ABSOLUTELY.

We had a great experience at this dealer when shopping for an older used car. We visited for the first time on a Saturday night. Alexander took the time to explain his recommendation to us and we test drove it that night. Over the next week we had some email exchange with Alexander and he answered our questions promptly. The next weekend we returned and had the chance to thoroughly inspect the car, including lifting it up at the dealer to check the underbody. There was no sales pressure, the team from Westchester did everything to respond to our questions and requests. We also witnessed the same friendly response to other potential buyers. A refreshing change from other dealers visited before.

I bought a car from these guys with a major defect. owner didn't want to acknowledge it was preexisting problem. their cars look shiny and nice from the outside but have major engine problems. Have the car checked by a third party mechanic. Don't trust these guys.

This dealership had a used VW beetle that had what I was looking for. My two hesitations were the upholstery was in rough shape and they were a long way from where I lived and I had no one to drive me out there to pick it up. They solved both problems -- re-dyed the seats and delivered the vehicle. Thought it was a fair price.
