🚗 Family and Fair Pricing Atmosphere at Fairlawn Kia 🚗

Professional, yet family style atmosphere. Pleasant and no pressure All the deals are done at the desk in front of you. They are not like other dealerships that negotiate in the back room. Reasonable and fair in pricing. Will Ihmaid, Patrick Mooney and the finance person were absolutely wonderful, informative and helpful. Entire process went smoothly and I am extremely fussy. If you want a no pressure , fair pricing dealership this location in Fair Lawn is the best. Just bought my daughter a certified pre owned Sorrento. Picked up tonight and it was effortlessness and not stressful at all. They even surprised her and a a big red bow on it -- a great surprised and so much appreciated!! Thank you so much to sales, finance and cleaning department (car detailing the best!). Best, Lisa S

The salesperson Will and the General Mgr Brian were great

I was in need a another car but I was not sure what options were good for me. Will, my salesperson, and the General Mgr Brian went above and beyond the call of duty to fit me in the right option. Avoid this dealership

This dealership has new management but same awful car dealer practices. Brought my mother to purchase a new Kia, agreed to terms, and left happy. Received confirmation a few calls from finance manager that everything was good and we were ready to pick up the car. When we went in to sign paperwork and pick up the car. After an hour of processing we were casually told that payments went up by $100. The team at Kia hid behind a company policy that they do not discuss credit over the phone. That may or may not be true but the honorable thing to do is ask to come in to discuss. Not say the car is ready have us add it onto the insurance and slip this in at the last minute. I'm happy I was there with my mother because this was a stereotypical car dealer setup. They wanted her to just agree to whatever they put on paper at the last minute. This is why I car dealers get a bad name and why I personally hate this process. Would rather pay more and deal with an honest group. Stay far away from Jack Daniels.

no help

I want to pay BMW 535 xi I like the car but it has check engine light on and brake light and ABS light and 4×4 light on then they told me the shop will check the car then we will call you when it finished they called me and when i saw the car it has same lights on he said it will disappear after 15 mi I did the paperwork for the car and take it then after 15 mi the light never disappear and start bad noise coming every time I try to drive the car I called the KIA dealer they was UN professional at all anyway I get appointment on Monday they take my BMW and give me loner car to drive ( KIA ) after 4 days they said sorry we can't figure out what's wrong in the car we gonna send it to BMW the finance manger talk to me yesterday and he said someone will call you in minutes until today no body called me honestly that's the worst costumer service I see jack Daniels fair lawn and now paying for BMW and driving KIA UPDATE 10/27/2015 the service manager told me yesterday we still don't figure out what we have to do and i still paying BMW and driving kia UPDATE 10/29/2015 the service manager told me yesterday we still don't fix it yet and i still paying BMW and driving kia i wanna know what kind of game you guys doing my car is 10 dayes and now they say waiting for check to fix i need my car today if no one answer i will go to police report today 10/29/2015 11/2/2015 Now the deal is if will take more time to fix 5 hours job i will call the bank to stop the payment because I never drive the car since i pay it and will call the insurance company stop it and the and the warranty company just to tell them the car broke from second day then keep the car with you forever up date 11/4/2015 still never fixing my car UPDATE 11/5/2015 the service manager told me yesterday we still don't figure out what we have to do and i still paying BMW and driving kia

Comfortable & Helpful dealer!

Will was excellent!! He did not pressure me and helped me feel comfortable when making such a big purchase. DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME

I went to look at compact SUV's and was greeted by Mike Chaitow. He was a cool nice guy. But after talking to him, he said they didn't have what I was looking for at that time. I gave him more specs on the kind of car I was interested in, my pedigree info. and told him to call me when he found something. After I left, I was happy they didn't have anything. Their lot is so small and cars are not in good conditions. Also, I went back a few days ago to look at a car I FOUND ON MY OWN, and it was badly smashed up. I want to imagine that would be why Mike didn't call me back to tell me it was on the lot, unless he's like every other salesman and forgets about his clients.. Either case, I wasted my time driving there two times. Don't bother going there.

Nice guys finish first

I came to Jack Daniels KIA not quite sure of whether I'd buy a KIA or not but Mike Chaitow, the sales rep who worked with us, made the decision an easy one. Although the purchase price was out of my monthly budget range right now, and I had not been thinking of leasing a car (I never have, I keep my cars for a long time), Mike explained the process and took the time--back and forth and back and forth with the dealership's finance manager--to work with me on a leasing price I could afford. He was not only extremely patient but extremely pleasant and I enjoyed getting to know him more personally over the course of our transaction. When I hit a bump in the finance road, once again, Mike patiently and kindly helped me work out my issue and get the transaction expedited to my satisfaction. The Jack Daniels experience was a positive one, thanks in large part of Mike Chaitow. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a KIA (or an Audi, Volkswagen or Porsche) check out Jack Daniels Motors. I hope everyone there is as easy to work with as Mike is!
