Craig Russell is an excellent salesman, very frien

Chris in Service is exceptional!

Yesterday, I visited the Service Department at Jack Daniels. I had my oil changed. I was greeted by Chris in that Department. He was extremely respectful and cheerful. He was very attentive to my needs. The job was completed in less than an hour. He also spoke to me about possible future trade -ins for my Stinger. It was truly an exceptional visit! I will be back.

I was robbed

I was charged to $7.01 for washer fluid when I filled it completely 2 days prior. They usually do a great job but this time I paid for something I was not given. Don't rob your customers. You put NO washer fluid in my car.

I got my DREAM Sorento!

I missed my dream car by showing up a day to late because of this crazy market. But lucky for me I was able to walk in and meet Karim who got me the SAME exact car I have been dreaming of in ONE WEEK! If you’re thinking the car you want you will never find make sure you speak to Karim first!

Don't waste your time.

I called in advance to ask if the 2012 Mazda3 Hatchback is available. Sales Rep says, yes, they still have it. Set an appointment to see it. When I got there, he said it wasn't ready. Waited about 15 minutes and said it will not be ready by I can see it. So we drove 10 minutes to shop and found that car has issues. So I asked he calls me back when it's ready. Also to confirm which price they will honor. It's $7999 in cars.com and $8299 at their website. Next day, he texts me and said that they will fix everything but the price will be $9999. Then he asked me if I am good with it. I couldn't stop laughing. I told him absolutely not! I said, if he had told me that car was not ready, and price is $9999, I would not have even gone to the dealership. I told him he just wasted my time!

Karim at Jack Daniels is the best!

It took a while but we finally are taking home our new Carnival! Just like Karim said almost down to the day but 2 months later we were able to drive home in our new Carnival and it’s better than we expected.
