I like the service always have I just want a loaner just so I won’t be late for work in the future but the Uber services are good.

I had my x7 towed there a simple issue.

I had my x7 towed there a simple issue. I disconnected shifter and connected back and computer gave me an error message because it required a reset. I truly believe they lied to me when they said the whole panel was damaged. Ended up paying over $20000.

Charles was able to help with checking me in and keeping in contact with me as well as letting me know as soon as my car was ready. This may seem simple but I admire attention to detail and someone moving the process along.

My first experience with getting an oil change at BMW of Columbia. I drive 170 miles round trip for service and reasonable price. The service guy offered a deal 2 for 1 and I upgraded to save money on the next oil change.
