Purchased a 2025 X7 for my parents and had the best experience with David. I was purchasing from a distance and David had the deal done within a few days and treated me right as a repeat BMW owner. He went above and beyond to ensure my folks were oriented to all the bells and whistles before leaving the dealership. A+ experience from start to finish.

I called nearly ten times and no one would answer so I

I called nearly ten times and no one would answer so I could determine if my car was ready. No voicemail option and no one called me back when I was able to leave message 2/10 times. Complained to the manager who didn’t seem to care. Told me I should have called direct extensions.
