Don’t go to Johnson lexus of Durham

I sent my car for a diagnostic after receiving my car back it was in way worse shape then it was before I took it in. Michael Steven then calls me to say cars don’t just break overnight then adds another part that’s needed to my diagnostic results no one is interested in fixing the problem nor has any other staff member tried to resolve my issue do not go there at all

They came through

My experience at first wasn’t good but they made every effort to correct the situation. Hats off to Carolina for being an awesome and dedicated sales rep, and Joe as well as the assistant manager in service. You have changed my mind and I will recommend you to anyone looking for a Lexus.

I can’t say enough good things about Eryk and his kind

Eryk, Beverly, Simon, and Bryan worked as a team

Eryk, Beverly, Simon, and Bryan worked as a team yesterday (9/19/2022) to ensure the purchase of my new Lexus NX 350h went very smoothly. I worked with Eryk to lease my UX 250h almost 3 years ago. While I loved the UX 250h, the model was not compatible with installing a bike hitch. Eryk worked with me for almost a year to find a Lexus model similar to the UX that could have a bike hitch installed. Even though I was particular about the interior and exterior colors as well as certain functions for my next car, Eryk persisted in finding me the perfect car to purchase. He always checked in with me an offered cars that came in early just in case I might want something different. When the NX 350h arrive, it was easy and convenient to schedule an appointment to go through the purchasing process. On Monday, I completed the necessary paperwork with Beverly and Simon. Beverly was very kind and presented me with a gracious gift from Lexus (beverage container, umbrella and bag). Simon had the touch job of walking me through all the warranty and service products. Finally, Bryan introduced me the many functions available on my new NX 350h. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful during this process and I am appreciative of the time and energy they put into their customer service.

Brent Huntley was our salesman.

Brent Huntley was our salesman. He was very patient and professional and guided us along the way as we were living out of state. Ed was our finance manager and helped us pick what we needed most to protect the vehicle. Overall the process was seamless and painless unlike other dealerships. Highly recommended!!!

I had the most wonderful experience at Johnson Lexus of Durham! I started talking to Sabin Cotten in February, in what had to be the most trying time to buy a car, and he followed up with me and kept me informed of what current and incoming inventory looked like. There was never a time where I felt like I was being contacted too much or too little. We ended up getting me into a beautiful hybrid a few months later. I can't say enough nice things about Sabin, he is terrific! Devin McCullough was great to work with in handling the financing. He made everything easy to understand as we worked through the options I came to the table with and what Lexus could offer. Jamie Perry helped me get through all of the basic programming and walked me through some of the highlights of my new car. She was fantastic! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
