I am concerned that the GPS in my 2021 Lexus is not kept up to date with changes in the cloud while having the subscription, i.e., exit numbers. Changes in the subscription do not occur in the cloud when the changes are complete on the streets, highways, bridges, etc. I traded my car to purchase a 2021 Lexus with the understanding the GPS would always have updated/current map information. Why is the map information that is pulled from the cloud not correct/current?

It is taking over a week to schedule an appointment for a regular oil change at the Durham Lexus dealer. Jiffy Lube took 20 minutes. Can't sell cars without a reliable service department.
