From Aria Auto Sales own website: "Aria Auto Sales of Raleigh, NC GUARANTEED APPROVAL IN 10 MINUTES OR LESS !!! LET OUR CREDIT SPECIALIST HELP YOU GET... IN THE CAR OF YOUR CHOICE TODAY YOU WORK HARD YOU DESERVE TO RIDE IN STYLE" Five days later, I'm still waiting for approval... I found a vehicle I liked there online, and emailed/texted with a salesperson (Shawn or Sean), who worked up a deal that we both could live with. Then I asked to drive the vehicle overnight to have a mechanic look it over, and was told no. I then asked if I could take it for a few hours to have it checked out, and was told "if it's still here." At that point I should have walked away, but I took a day off from work to drive 45 minutes to their lot to meet with Shawn/Sean and pick up the vehicle, and he wasn't even there. I got the vehicle, drove 45 minutes back to Johnston County and had the vehicle looked over, and was told it was in decent shape for 119,000 miles. I did find that one of the window switches didn't work, and it was missing the spare tire, so when I got back, I told Shawn/Sean, and he said they would replace both items. At that point I was satisfied, and thought we had a deal, and even went so far as to provide a down payment AND sign all the documents AND add it to my insurance, but literally seconds before they handed me the keys, the Finance person noticed a glitch in their computerized finance system. In a nutshell, what was on the documents didn't match what was on their screen. So we sat at the dealership for a good two hours while she worked on the error, and during that time I discovered that the "deal" that Shawn/Sean had promised was totally bogus. Not only was the payment higher, it was also for twice as long (21 months went to 48 months). We left that day with them still working to get a revised deal approved within their system, and I appreciate the efforts made by their Finance person (no hard feelings towards her at all). Shawn/Sean however, lived up to the reputation of most used car salesmen, and I would be cautious dealing with him, if you're looking to buy at Aria Auto Sales.
I am pleased with service and they walk you through everything that there is to know I highly recommend buying a car from aria auto sales can’t go wrong
So I bought a used car from here last month. I’m already $1500 down in repairs! This vehicle should have never been on the market with all the problems... it has. Called the salesmen back and he just lectured me about being an adult and not buying the warranty. BUY A CAR FROM HERE AND YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
I never got a call from anyone or even an email... tried to get in touch 3 different times
I highly recommend you NOT to purchase a car from Aria Auto Sales. After purchasing my car, I was not given a warranty up front and the car has issues... with the A/C unit prior to my purchase. When I took the car to have it checked by a mechanic, they told me that nothing was wrong with the car. I found out other issues wrong with the vehicle and informed Michelle and Megan. They acted as if they did not know the car required maintenance. They were not helpful at all and I will NEVER purchase a car from this jinky car lot again. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ARIA AUTO SALES!!!!!!
