Just the other day my Honda Acord would not start, I called FairWay as soon as they opened explained my situation. Without hesitation I was told bring it in and will take care of it. my neighbor was able to jump-start it. When I arrived all their mechanics were working on other cars. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were able to get my car in within a short time. Their staff are fast and efficient, turned out to be the aulternater, they took care of this. Several weeks before this I went in for my regular service and the mechanic suggested the power steering be serviced as well. I was so glad he did. I could tell a big difference in how my car was handling as I drove down the road. They take care of your car as if it was their own. I will never take my car anywhere else. The staff treat everyone like family no matter how long they have know you. They are honest, respectable, and just down right good people. I refer FairWay Automotive to everyone. Never force you or talk you into anything. They give you an honest estimate and it came in much lower than stated. I was over joyed!

My salesman name was Parker Brady and he went above and beyond making sure that I was happy and satisfied! His demeanor and patience was wonderful! I even requested for more tire shine to be added to my tires before I picked it up and he made sure it happened. If you want personal, respectful and courteous service (like face to face human) Fairway Auto is the place to go. The poeple who work there don't see you as a customer; they see you as a friend in need of a service they are more than willing to provide. From buying a car you can afford; maintaining and repairing it; and even swapping it out on a better model that fits my needs. They treat you like they want to be treated and that includes everyone; Barney, Clay, Jake, Sunshine, Jimmy and the wonderful Diana !! They earned my trust (for a car dealership that's says a lot) and I won't go anywhere else for my vehicle needs. Most places I’ve dealt with talk about customer service and satisfaction but somehow seem to fall short. At Fairway Auto they put both those concepts front and center. It starts with the receptionist Sunshine, who is always helpful; the service personnel who work harder at getting my car serviced correctly and in a timely manner; and even Jimmy and Diana who pick up my car and deliver it safely back to me. Courtesy and respect are always front and center. This concept never waived when I was having so much trouble keeping my car running. They went above and beyond getting my car fixed; even making sure I had a loaner car when it took two months waiting for the parts needed to repair my car. When I made the decision to replace my car the sales team made sure I got the vehicle I needed at a cost I could afford. When they said they could help me they did, when they couldn’t help me they found someone who could. Your professionalism is top notch; your customer service was no joke and very much appreciated; your people first attitude was something I very much needed at the time and the fact that you give the same service to everyone you encounter is a huge plus. By the way, my Honda Odyssey is a dream to drive and is the perfect vehicle for my husband and I at this time in our lives. Diana Goldwater you were right, this is the perfect car for me.
