Called to check if advertised used vehicle, Toyota Prius, was still available internet sales manager said it was and to come see it anytime. When I arrived... sales person tells me car didn’t pass inspection so they can’t sell it to me instead offers me similar vehicle but $3000 more. I asked why it didn’t pass and was told the battery needs to be replaced at a cost of $2500. They would be willing to replace it but the cost would be added to the vehicle price. Really?! Shouldn’t it come with a battery? Why is it advertised for sale.
I recently purchased my third new Prius at Lombard Toyota. Joshua was knowledgeable and honest throughout the process. The car that I wanted was not on... the lot, so he found it and had it ready for me within 24 hours. Joshua even paired my phone to the car for me before I left. Manar in the finance department was knowledgeable and honest as well. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I have used the service department at Lombard Toyota for all of my vehicles and recommend them highly. Jeff and the rest of the service staff are honest, repairs are completed quickly, and the work is done correct the first time. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
It was an easy and pleasant buying experience. I would definitely recommend Lombard Toyota and especially Louie my Salesman. He was a joy todo business... with and a fun guy to talk to. He made me comfortable.

Saw a long distance/poor quality photo of a reflection or possibly rust so I asked about rust via email. My question was avoided several times so I sent... the photo in question. Finally they admitted it was indeed rust. I then requested photos of rust prone areas and that was the last time I heard from them. Apparently, them wanted me to make a 2 hour trip to pressure me into a sale. NOT A CHANCE!
Typically I only review a business if I have something nice to say but the Lombard toyota dealership has me worried for other potential buyers. Seriously... need to reconsider hiring new management. They are very impatient and also rude. The sales people aren't the problem. It's the management. I have read other reviews and see that this is a common theme. I am a serious buyer and the disrespect is not something I am willing to put up with. Definitely going to spread the word on my experience to friends and family. Also I'm going to post this review on any other platform so that consumers may beware
By far the best dealership in the area for shopping for a Toyota. I disagree with some of the reviews regarding pricing. They honored the pricing for the... new Toyota Highlander we purchased last fall and their sales staff is knowledgeable, honest and very responsive to all questions. Even after we purchased the car I reached out with questions regarding how to set up the phone etc and received an immediate response and asssitance.
Worked with Mike Chamout from Sales and he initially provided me with formal pricing through email on a Corolla XSE that we agreed to. I was scheduled... to come in the following day to purchase the vehicle but it had been sold. Lombard Toyota had the exact model car/trim/options, but different color. I really liked the initial color, but was willing to get a different color from the inventory on their lot. They would not sell me the same vehicle for the same price in a different color on their lot. Instead, they would only honor the prior price if I waited for them to find the same color with the same specs from another "sister" dealer another 2 to 3 business days. Additionally , the vehicle would have to be driven from the other dealership to Lombard Toyota. The price was increased by $2K for a CAR ON THEIR LOT. How does this make sense? Lost a sale today because they wouldn't honor pricing on a car they had on their lot. They are not honest and don't keep their word.

We were quoted an internet price via email for 2018 highlander for 35K. I called to verify the price and they agreed that it is 35K + tax, title, and... doc fee. We go the dealer the same day. The sales consultant came back with the break down of numbers and we saw they ADDED OPTIONAL Platinum Care Package and Car Guard package. I said I don't want it. Then the manager comes rushing out and says no we cannot take that out. I was like they are optional so why do I have to add. he is like this is the deal, take or leave it. I said no I don't want them. So he said then we don't have no deal and walked away. EXTREMELY RUDE. WASTED TIME and DISHONEST. DO NOT GO HERE.

Certified 2016 Camry SC listed online 417 k drove 30 minutes to dealership to find out they charge an additional 2500 for the certification. Spoke to the... sales manager and he said this is how it's done in the industry. If that's not false advertising I'm not sure what is.
