Wonderful and pleasant experience

This was my very first car buying experience on my own. In times past even as recent as 5 days before I purchased my lovely Lexus, I've always known the car buying experience to be long, drawn out, and frustrating. This was truly the most pleasant, smooth, easy car buying experience I have ever had. To GOD BE THE GLORY Darryl Jones was the most professional and personable; truly an expert at what he does. Lexus of Merrillville has quite a gem in their midst. Thank you Darryl Jones and Lexus of Merrillville for such a wonderful experience!

Great service

Again Chris was fantastic job taking care of my NX. The service department was very prompt getting my vehicle in for a software update the morning of the same day that I called. Thanks to everyone at Lexus of Merrillville. They have handled appointment I have had in a very prompt and professional manner.

Will be coming back for service

Appreciate the fast repairs, the loaner vehicle, and the service. Made the experience pleasant. Edgar was easy to work with and he explained the service to make sure I understood it all.

Quality service for routine and short wait. Happy

Service people were polite and thorough, the wait time was shorter than expected for 65 K inspection, re-alignment, and tire rotation. My car was serviced and washed. Very satisfied.

An experience worth waiting for-but you will wait.

The service team was polite and thorough. They examined the car thoroughly, examined its service records, and offered helpful maintenance suggestions. The waiting area was pleasant and arranged so as to allow one respite from the ubiquitous television screens. BUT even with an appointment, an oil change and an alignment took nearly two hours.
