I was expecting to stay a half day for a necessary repair

I purchased my 2024 on June 12, 2025.
I purchased my 2024 on June 12, 2025. The experience we had wasn’t the best. From start to finish we had to reach out to the salesman and never knew when he was working or off. We did not feel like we had his undivided attention. We felt we were not good enough. I was always told if you have good credit you will be treated like royalty. I felt more like a peasant, couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t treated better. The vehicle was dirty inside, gas was low in the vehicle and we came from Jacksonville Fl. Once they pulled my credit to see I had an excellent score that’s when they seem to want to rush, reaching out to see when were we coming in. It should have felt like they were interested from when we exited the vehicle. I’ve gotten better service when I bought my other vehicle last year from Toyota on Phillips Highway. I felt wanted and like my business was important. It took constant calling to get the app for on star, and others perks. Some would say I should have just walked alway but by this time I settled and do not think I will buy my third vehicle from this dealership in two more years. My family is big and they are always looking to upgrade, so I highly doubt I will give my recommendations. My in law referred us but she too had issues with the same salesman like of enthusiasm. Darla the manager of finance, I believe her title is was very professional and good. And there was another salesman that assisted when the our salesman had to assist another customer and was not present, can’t remember his name but I wish I would have used him. He was easy going and personable. I just remember he was transferred from the orange park location I believe but I wanted to give him xxxxxxbecause he was very formative even though he knew he wasn’t making a sale. Not sure if it was my appearance on why I didn’t get better service but can’t judge a book by a cover.

Great location and excellent service department. They go the extra mile to make things right. My truck is always cleaned each time I service it. They actually do the service (I checked) unlike some dealers. Highly recommend.
