Bob, our sales rep was the best. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We had seen a car online that we were interested in. We called to see if it was still available. It was. We told him we would be right over to see it. Bob had it brought up and was waiting for us when we arrived. He was very helpful in negotiating for the price we wanted on our trade in. And after the deal was made he showed us how to operate the car because , as you know , all cars are different. Overall this was our best experience in buying a car. This was our first time shopping at Fiels Cadillac and we were impressed.
