I had service done to my 2023 CT5-V on Tuesday 6.2.2026 including oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor, Michael was excellent and professional. Unfortunately after leaving the dealership and getting on the highway, I checked the "oil life %" and the Technician did not reset it to 100%. Not Michael's fault, just a lapse in service protocol. Kinda makes me wonder what else the Tech missed/forgot?

Had extensive work done requiring leaving my vehicle overnight. I was given a loaner vehicle which was electric. It was my first experience driving an electric vehicle. Mid afternoon I received a call from Jake saying that they were able to get the part and had completed my repairs. I was pleasantly surprised but not shocked because this is the kind of service I’ve had for the life of my car. Well done!

When we later experienced an issue with the telematics and infotainment system, my service representative, Mike, and the service center at the dealership handled everything in a timely and professional manner, provided a loaner vehicle, and resolved the problem quickly. Overall, outstanding customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Fields Cadillac of St. Augustine if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle or just need service for your Cadillac. My experience there has met all of my expectations.
