We have had our oil changed and tire rotation several times and have enjoyed the super good breakfast prepared to order by a chef. however the last time we were there was no protection put down on the floor boards and as a result oil stains where left on the floor mats. The problem was quickly resolved by the detail shop and cleaned up properly. Accidents do happen and they made it right in the end.

I enjoyed the welcome, smiles, the respect and assistance. The commercials don’t lie. Everyone was helpful and the car buying experience was painless and quick. Melvin Jackson gave me 5 star treatment. I will purchase all of my cars here.

At 63 years of age, Fields Cadillac of xx Augustine is by far the highest on my list of quality dealerships. As a customer, I am made to feel valued, from the telephone receptionist to the service manager. I was very pleased with the attention to detail of my vehicle as well as the perfect, made to order breakfast I had while waiting for my car! Thank You Jake Shulz for your excellent service to my Caddy!

You tried twice to fix the damage that happened under your care to the paint, swirl marks over entire car. Finally sent for proper correction only to tell me the next day decision changed, call my insurance company. Last pick up, damge to rim from what looks like curb. Asked to see video of car at drop off to prove you damaged it, only to be told "talk to corporate". You didnt go above and beyond, my car is in worse shape from every attempt you made to fix damage done by your shop.

I had service done to my 2023 CT5-V on Tuesday 6.2.2026 including oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor, Michael was excellent and professional. Unfortunately after leaving the dealership and getting on the highway, I checked the "oil life %" and the Technician did not reset it to 100%. Not Michael's fault, just a lapse in service protocol. Kinda makes me wonder what else the Tech missed/forgot?
