Purchase

After having a horrible and misleading experience at a different dealership, we checked out Snell Motors. Konor was easy going,no pressure at all and very communicative. Would definitely reccomend and will absolutely buy from Snell in the future.

Great service

They always go the extra mile to satisfy. Friendly service. If the vehicle your looking for isn't on their lot, they will look until they find what you're looking for. Service department is great. They're honest helpfulness very knowledgeable.

During this time of limited inventory, i was pleased to find the exact 2022 Acadia at Snell that I was looking for. I was put in contact with Matt and made a deposit to hold the auto for me. Matt kept me appraised of the location of the Acadia, and even tried to go to the distribution center to get the auto. Eventually, it showed up at Snell and I went to pick it up. Everything was so smooth during this process. Highly recommend Matt and Connor, who assisted with the finances.

Terrible - two hours for an oil change. Supposed to fix...

Terrible - two hours for an oil change. Supposed to fix rear washer and service mgr told us they spent 45 minutes on it because it was frozen. No way. Service slip actually stated it "was working at this time". NOT!! It still don't work!! Car was a quart low on oil and was stinking. Thank gosh we checked it at home - they could wreck someone's vehicle. We will never go back here!! So many people waiting we couldn't even get in the so-called waiting area.
