We have bought our second vehicle from Snell motors...

We have bought our second vehicle from Snell motors within the last year, and our experience has been nothing but outstanding. Jeff Wondra has exceeded our expectations for helpful knowledge about the products and been patient for our needs. This not only a compliment to Jeff, but also to the line of thinking at Snell Motors from the top down. Our needs for the service department have been the same. I have also purchased products and needs for service at Snell Power Sports, and have had the same great experience. Snell's customer consideration is nothing but positive !

Jim Dickinson is a very friendly, outgoing person. He...

Jim Dickinson is a very friendly, outgoing person. He was very helpful in my selection of the vehicle and with a problem I encountered shortly after leaving the dealership. The problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have dealt with this organization in the past and was satisfied with service and personnel and will continue to do business. Sales consultants like Jim make it even more desirable to continue this relationship.

My wife and I were very impressed with our whole...

My wife and I were very impressed with our whole experience at Snell's. Justin was very helpful with all of our questions and was able to get us in the vehicle we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. We loved the indoor show room. We will be back.

Prior to Jeff calling if I wanted to trade vehicles, I...

Prior to Jeff calling if I wanted to trade vehicles, I was planning on trading. Then I had the oil changed and changed my mind as I had low mileage on it. However after talking to Jeff and finding out all the changes I was very impressed and decided to trade. However, I decided to lease the new 2014 SRX rather than pay cash being I had such low mileage on the 2012 SRX. I like change and this vehicle had alot of changes in the dash. Snell Motors is a great place to do business. It is very clean and has very friendly employees. I would recommend them to all my friends, relatives and neighbors.

The process with Snell was quick and we didn't spend...

The process with Snell was quick and we didn't spend hours dealing back and forth. We were able to get the vehicle we wanted and had little waiting around. Overall a great expereince.

This is my 2nd car that I have bought from Jeff Wondra...

This is my 2nd car that I have bought from Jeff Wondra and Snell Motors in the last 4 years...on purchasing my new car I told Jeff that I wanted a new outfit and he knew exactly what I meant and found it for me...I am very happy with the service I receive from the service dept to the car wash.....and appreciate them for making me feel like a valuable customer...I knew that I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else...sincerely Bonnie Kruger

I was very impressed with Dickinson's help and guidance in selection and purchase of my new Encore. He was extremely helpful in explaining all the accessories and aiding me in getting acquainted with my new vehicle.
