I have a extended start issue with my truck, a year ago the dealer did a revision on my trucks computer with only 7000 miles on it . Which caused a no start issue on my truck. They finally fixed that issue which in return gave me a extended start problem, it takes 4 to 6 seconds for my truck cranking over to start now. . The mechanic that did this work now says there?s nothing wrong with it. So I?m stuck with a new truck that takes a while for it to start even when it shuts off at stop lights, it always started 2 or maybe 3 seconds before. The mechanic did this to my truck.

Mr. Lawrence, Hello, thank you for leaving us feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not a positive one. I have researched your service history. I found no revision to your trucks computer around 7000 miles. I did however see that the first complaint regarding an extended crank was at 22891 miles, at that time your concern was an intermittent extended crank with no start. We did duplicate that issue and found that there were updates that needed to be done to your trucks computer. When you returned in November with the concern of an extended crank the technician was unable to duplicate the concern. I would be happy to look at your truck again at your convenience.

Service department not to pleasant service guy drove heck out my vehicle when he pulled it around to garage. Then they didn’t even fill washer fluid like I asked. Terrible experience

Griffith's service department is always there to help. The service is timely and the service writer always communicates the status and any issues uncovered. This repair was for my 17 year old truck and they were able to diagnose and complete the emissions problem within 48 hours.

They always do a great job. Very friendly and communicate with you on any changes prior to doing anything extra. Will not take my truck anywhere else for service. First time we used detail services and they did an amazing job as well.

The job was normal routine maintenance. I was in for a oil change. Informed them that I had some squeaking in the brakes. They looked it over. They was able to add turning the rotors in their busy schedule. Thanks Griffith motor company in Neosho Missouri.
