Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I was forced into a trade-in only because the brand-new vehicle I purchased just six weeks prior continued to display a check engine light. The service department failed to keep me informed throughout the process, and I had to persistently request a printout of the work performed. Even after four separate attempts, the issue was never resolved. When I was finally told my only option was to trade in the vehicle, I was offered only trade-in value even though the vehicle was essentially new and the problem was due to the dealership?s inability to repair it. I ultimately had to seek legal advice and go back and forth with the dealership, and despite that, I still ended up out of pocket. If it were not for my urgent need of a reliable vehicle to commute to work, I would have pursued lemon law action through my attorney. This entire experience has been a nightmare. The customer service I received was unacceptable, and the lack of accountability demonstrated by this dealership was deeply frustrating. I will never recommend this dealership to friends or family, as it has proven to be unreliable and dismissive of its customers.

It took two trips and a week before repaired!
It took two trips and a week before repaired! After the electronic repair the tech tracked oil onto the carpet mat that I had to remove and wash to try and remove the stain and smell. I think they need to use paper mats when making repairs!
