We had a fantastic experience with Crossroads and our salesman, Paul Peterson! Paul was in continual contact with me as I searched for a vehicle and even found a car for me that I never expected to be my perfect one. It was a comfortable, fun environment and interaction with everyone, including Robbie, the finance manager.

Purchase of 2018 Silverado
I must say that any wording to describe my experience purchasing my new truck wouldn't be adequate. Trecee was VERY helpful, fun, and certainly not forgettable. She made the experience very pleasant and I would suggest that on a scale of 1 to 5, she should be rated at 25! All in all, I am very pleased with how things went.
Great buying experience
Very honest and straightforward, would highly recommend. They gave us a very good price on the Equanox and was also very fair on our car.
Purchased a 2nd Remote Keyless Entry for our used car and had the service team program the key. Determined after I was home the program did not work. Re-scheduled a second visit and service came up with multi-errors with car. Re-schedule a 3rd visit to determine the root cause and program RKS. Service department told wife the issue was a Check engine light (Only noted at startup) and can not program. ? Interesting root cause since I have the original FOD - and it works fine since we have owned car. Thanks for 2 1/2 hour wait and $160 bill. Would not recommend service department.
Very bad and unprofessional Service dept
Went there because of a recall, told us their service manager was out due to illness, so they had our vehicle for 2 weeks, couldn't get them to call us back or give us updates. We showed up there they had music blaring so loud hey couldn't hear a customer if they wanted to and it came back with additional problems and they wanted to say ' o, that must have already been going bad when you brought it in' and didn't even diagnose it correctly. We ended up taking vehicle back to Florence, AL where we purchased vehicle to have them fix what Crossroads broke. And then charged us for what was suppose to be covered... NEVER again... never ever again, very bad service and even worse management.

2015 New Buick
I recently purchased a New Buick Encore at Crossroads in Corinth. They are very honest and hard working people. You wont find a nicer and fair dealership. The Buick is perfect for us .We havn't had a new vehicle since 1996. We are very proud of it and the payment is perfect for us and we also got a Lifetime Warranty. You cant get a better deal no where in the world and then they threw in the LIFETIME WARRANTY too. Thanks for helping us with our NEW Buick...

Good experience and helpful Staff
I bought a new truck in '09 and a new one this year and both experiences were good ones. The staff is friendly and very anxious to do what they can to make sure you get what you want.
