Overall experience was very good. The only objection was the billing. I was charged 3% twice for using my credit card. I initially was going to charge the full amount on my credit card, but then decided to pay half and charge half. She couldn't cancel the 3% on the initial charge even though I decided to pay half and charge half.

Service was quick and repair was explained. Was concerned if this problem would occur again and what caused the problem.
