I cannot say enough amazing things about this dealership....

I cannot say enough amazing things about this dealership. Their service department has always been incredible. Each time one of my vehicles has gone in I have always been extremely satisfied.

My check engine light came on Wednesday, June 2 and I...

My check engine light came on Wednesday, June 2 and I immediately went on line to schedule an appointment at approximately 10:55 am. I was given 2 available choices - 11:15 or 11:45. I took the 11:45 and stated that I needed the shuttle to take me home (I received both a text and email confirmation) and arrived on time. I was told you had no record of my appointment and would not be able to look at it until Thursday morning. I was asked if I could leave it overnight to which I reluctantly agreed. I was told I would receive a call in the morning with the findings. On Thursday at 12:15 pm I called and asked to speak to my advisor and was told he was at lunch, would be back shortly and would call me when he returned. At around 12:45 I received a text that you were putting prices together and would receive a call when that was done. At around 1:30 I received the call with the bad news and said that I needed to talk to my wife before committing to all the work. My wife and I both agreed it was well above our budget and I called back in and committed to the timing chains and fuel pump, but not the serpentine belt or cam shaft solenoid covers. I was told you would try and get the car back to me by Friday, but it might not be until Monday. I asked if there was any GM advisories that would reduce the costs (as there are known problems with the 2.4L EcoTech's timing chains) and was told there were none and that I was only eligible for the 5% senior discount. I asked to speak to the service manager Tim and was told he was gone for the day but would be available Friday after 7:30 am. I called back on Friday, added the replacement of the serpentine belt and talked to Tim. He explained that there was nothing more he could offer me, but maybe GM would do so. I told him that I had already contacted GM (case number 9-6758088496) but had not heard back from them. I also told Tim that we were planning on buying 2 more vehicles this year. We have been loyal GM customers all our lives and that my father-in-law used to be a GM dealer. However, with what has transpired we are questioning GM's quality and backing of it's product on future purchases.

We enjoyed taking the vehicle out for a drive, without any pressure to buy. Martinez is an excellent sales person. We are excited about the idea of doing business with him again.

Great dealer to get service done on GM vehicles. I had an issue with my wipers in which they inspected for me and got a new pair of wipers. Always great and friendly service here. Highly recommend.

AWFUL!

Cant get rentals......they dont follow threw with we owes....left my car with plastic garbage on passenger side seat....finger prints inside and out...!...and all the management blaims other departments for incompetent people.....do not spend 10s of thousands of DOLLARS here like I have...only be lied to.....to just get your money....

Mr Hughes is more than an world class car salesman. He is...

Mr Hughes is more than an world class car salesman. He is a world class human being. And thats what makes him shine like no other. He never tries to be pushy, or deceitful with his clients. If anything he treats you like family, and goes above and beyond to make the process as transparent as it can possibly be. I know from here on Martinis will be my families all around freind. More than just our car salesman. And I would refer the universe to Mr Hughes for that reason alone. I know it won't be long until Martinis is ruin either the Brookfield location or anything he sets his mind to . Simply from his professionalism, principles, and mindset. And if this review doesn't make you run in and request him for your vehicle needs. Your gonna miss out completely.

Estimate to repair transmission was more than double the...

Estimate to repair transmission was more than double the cost at another repair shop. And car had only 70k miles, which is far less than we should expect for this type of repair.

Colin was awesome. He was able to schedule me in immediately. My car was fixed and I was on my way in record time. My car was sparkling clean to top it off.
