Friendly, professional, trustworthy service at a clean and comfortable dealership. I never have to wonder if the service will be done right the first time. Free car wash after service is much appreciated.


Fast friendly and no pressure

They were polite and helpful with no pressure. I didn’t have to have anyone ride with me on a test drive just got to ho check it out on my own. When I came back they gave me a fair offer on my old truck got me financed and out the door quickly. I live a 1 1/2 hours away and would return for my next truck.


Newman automotive never got back to us so we personally

Newman automotive never got back to us so we personally called them and talked to a salesman and they still said they’d send us more pictures and more information and they have yet to contact us in fact Newman motors along with four other vehicles that we contacted and has never answered our main email which made us question our email but found out it is not us our emails have been sent. I will definitely question any communication with from here on out


Service Department

I dropped my car off Sunday night, and they never even looked at it until Monday afternoon then never even hooked it up to see the service code until Tuesday morning, and its Wednesday now and I still don't have my car or any answers and they have no loners available. This should have been addressed days ago. The service is xxxxty.

Julia, I am sorry you are disappointed with the level of service you received recently. I understand you dropped your vehicle off Sunday with an issue noted in the paperwork in our overnight drop box. Even though Mondays are our busiest days, we do our best to accommodate unscheduled service needs like yours. Lee let you know Monday morning we may not get to it until Tuesday. We were indeed able to get to it by 4:00 on Monday. We were not able to make a full diagnosis, so we let you know it would be Tuesday until we could do that. By Wednesday morning we had gotten your authorization for the repair, it was completed, and I personally test drove the vehicle. I also stopped to put some gas in it as it was very low on fuel when we got it Sunday. I am sorry you feel we did not communicate to you in a timely fashion, but we did our best to keep you informed over the 3 days your vehicle was here. Best Regards, Chuck Moeller Service Director


Lee was extremely helpful, kind and honest.

I have an older vehicle and when it started having issues this past winter, I felt in really good hands with Newman’s service team. I had taken it to two other service centers prior, but the problem persisted. Newman got to the root of the problem and Lee made sure I had transportation while my car was being repaired so I was able to get to work. My car is running great! Thank you!

Paul is the best

Paul was the best. I came in for an oil change and to check my battery. Oil change done quickly. Paul alerted me of my battery level being low and suggested a new one. His quick service paid off as the weather got much colder in the coming days and saved me from being stranded. Great service and a Great mechanic in Paul. Keep up the good work

Respectful, friendly, knowledgeable!

Recently bought a used SUV from Newman and had a great experience. I bought a new vehicle 7 years ago from them and had all service (mainly oil changes and tire rotation) at Newman for that vehicle. Definitely recommend sales and service team to family and friends.
