A tremendous experience purchasing a low mileage one
A tremendous experience purchasing a low mileage one owner 2021 Ford Mustang. I searched and found it in the CARFAX site. it met my wish list exactly. I called and spoke to Nick in Sales. he explained the process and sent me a detailed video walk around on his phone. I got upfront pricing with no games or add ons or endless processing fees that like commonly find at a majority of dealers in my opinion. I was comfortable and wired the money to Newman Chev. The next week I drove down there from Minnesota. the car was indoors and spotlessly detailed. no disappointment or concerns. Next to the office where I spent less than five minutes signing the paperwork that was ready to go and I was happily on my way. They even had it set up with SiriusXM three month trial. Nick is a very customer oriented credit to Newman. Highly recommend one of the easiest car purchased for me in 50 years of buying cars.

Fast friendly and no pressure
They were polite and helpful with no pressure. I didn’t have to have anyone ride with me on a test drive just got to ho check it out on my own. When I came back they gave me a fair offer on my old truck got me financed and out the door quickly. I live a 1 1/2 hours away and would return for my next truck.

I dropped my car off Sunday night, and they never even looked at it until Monday afternoon then never even hooked it up to see the service code until Tuesday morning, and its Wednesday now and I still don't have my car or any answers and they have no loners available. This should have been addressed days ago. The service is xxxxty.

Julia, I am sorry you are disappointed with the level of service you received recently. I understand you dropped your vehicle off Sunday with an issue noted in the paperwork in our overnight drop box. Even though Mondays are our busiest days, we do our best to accommodate unscheduled service needs like yours. Lee let you know Monday morning we may not get to it until Tuesday. We were indeed able to get to it by 4:00 on Monday. We were not able to make a full diagnosis, so we let you know it would be Tuesday until we could do that. By Wednesday morning we had gotten your authorization for the repair, it was completed, and I personally test drove the vehicle. I also stopped to put some gas in it as it was very low on fuel when we got it Sunday. I am sorry you feel we did not communicate to you in a timely fashion, but we did our best to keep you informed over the 3 days your vehicle was here. Best Regards, Chuck Moeller Service Director
