Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Rich Bravata (sales) is A1, honest, and user friendly. Everyone from sales to paperwork are user friendly. Needed a car for my son on short notice and got it fine ASAP - in at 9:15, out before 11. No games, no tricks, no unnecessary negotiations. Highly recommend!

I requested information on two Acura rdx’s.

I requested information on two Acura rdx’s. One was new one was a 2021. No one ever contacted me. Poor first impression of the dealership. I am leaving for Florida this week so won’t be back to shop until later in February

Contacted them through email. Asked 8 specific questions. They would not answer the questions although the Internet Sales manager emailed a couple of more times but no answers to my questions.

Great experience

After a horrible experience at another nearby dealer, we had the opposite experience at Acura of Brookfield. Denver Bramel was our sales consultant. He was wonderful! Very patient and NO PRESSURE. At no time did some sales manager come and try to “talk us into” buying a car, nor play any games like other dealers do. We ended up purchasing our car here and are so glad we did.

I have been using Acura in Brookfield for 20 years. I love the service department. Right now I am buying my third Acura and Matt in finance went the extra mile to get the car I really wanted. He was wonderful, kind, patient and professional. I highly recommend Acura in Brookfield to anyone and everyone looking for a car. Please speak to Matt and you will get the best deal and service available. He's the best.

My daughter had a wonderful experience buying her first

My daughter had a wonderful experience buying her first car. David Kaemmer took great care explaining everything and walking her through all the features. He even gave her roses and a cool keychain. She left feeling incredibly excited about her first big purchase! Thanks David.

Superb service

I wanted to thank the Acura of Brookfield service department, namely Gary, for troubleshooting my 2001 Integra GSR. Yes, the car is getting long in the tooth and the parts hard to find. In response to a misfire code, my local car shop had started down the list. Because replacing the spark plugs and wires did not do the trick, they moved on to the distributor cap (another fail) and then the rest of the distributor as the next targets. Except they gave up on looking for the distributor after the one they ordered did not fit. I did hunt down an original dizzy for a good penny from Japan for them to install, yet the misfire code kept coming back. Next stop, the engine computer? Actually no, my next stop was where I should have gone to start with, Acura of Brookfield. Gary’s crew checked out the car, diagnosed those brand new spark plugs as not fitting the engine right, and had me on my way in a much zippier Integra without the misfire and with a fuel additive recommendation, for way less than replacing the perfectly good engine computer with all the reprogramming headaches would have cost me. Many thanks to you, Gary, I know what to do next time! (And my Scottie is looking forward to meeting Adam again.)
