Acura of Brookfield

After doing a lot of research on a new car, decided this is the car for me. Purchase couldn't have been easier and the dealership has been great to work with. Was assured I could return for questions.

Tom Schellinger was down-to-earth, kind, and easy to work with from the time we came into the dealership for a test drive through the purchasing process. He was very pleasant and straight-forward in his communications. The process was very organized between Tom, Denver, and Roger. Denver was very patient and knowledgeable in teaching us about our new car. The dealership has a nice ambiance with private office areas. We appreciated the tour of the waiting and service areas which were clean and welcoming. The other staff were also friendly and patient when we needed to come back into the dealership to wait for a fax confirmation of our new auto insurance policy before leaving the parking lot. We look forward to our new car buyer dinner and informational event. We extend a special thank you to Tom for making 'car buying' a good experience! We are enjoying our new Acura!

Keith & team were great. This is my second TLX and even though Keith had to have surgery the day before, he made sure someone was available to meet with me to turn over my first TLX and help me select a new vehicle to lease. The folks at Acura of Brookfield do great work. Get well soon Keith!

Steve was great to work with, answered any questions and was knowledgeable about the car. I went to several other dealerships but this one was the best experience because I didn't feel pressured. I would definitely buy a car here again.

Walking in the door, Keith was the first person I met. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and no pressure which I greatly appreciate. He was very straight forward, no gimmicks no games. I decided to purchase the Acura RDX, just picked it up Friday. They made us feel very appreciated, even giving me a dozen roses! This business offers 100% customer service. It was by far the best interaction I have had at a car dealership. I know they will be there for me in the future. I absolutely love my Acura RDX! I would highly recommend to anyone!
