Went in and saw a 2010 Jeep Wrangler on Thursday. Mark took care of all the paperwork and I picked it up on Friday. Could not have asked for more friendly service. Mark had no issue with me driving the jeep all the way to Central Ave in Albany to have my mechanic look the jeep over. Also gave me a more than fair price on my trade in. Cannot say enough good things about the friendly no pressure atmosphere of this family owned dealership. By far the best car purchasing experiance that I have had. Thank you Mark for everything. I will definitly be looking here again the next time I am in need of a vehicle.

I keep my cars a long time and have used Quinn's service department to keep them running well. I have never had a problem with their service department and will continue to use them. When I finally decided to buy a new car I wanted a change from a minivan to a SUV. The sales staff was wonderfully patient as I test drove various models over a 6 month period and when I finally decided on a purchase they made the whole process painless and easy. I have purchased cars from large dealers before and have found them to be a little shady as in not addressing the issues I had before delivery and changing financing terms and not telling me until the paper work was already signed. None of this happened at Quinn. Mark was straight forward with everything, keep me informed throughout the whole process had the car ready for delivery in 3 days.

I am thrilled with my new "used" car - a beautiful BMW! Mark was excellent to work with, from initial follow-up to pick up of the car. He provided a fair price on the vehicle, as well as my trade-in.

This dealer was exceptional, Mike was awesome, what a pleasure to do business with. I just love the car. Well, it was a surprise gift for my husband and it couldn't have went any smoother. My husband can't stop saying how much he loves the car. This is his 3rd Camry and his 2nd from Mike Burke. I bought it off of their website, didn't see the car until I went to pick it up and it was better than the pictures. Go see Mike you won't be disappointed.!

We have dealt with this dealer for over 15 years and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of car and service we recieve. All the vehicles purchased have been handed down to our children and used for many years. The service department is helpful, qualified and also good salesmen :-)
