HONEST,Enough said.

Mark started to look for us three monthes before our purchase. We've added a third driver and needed another vehicle. No pressure to buy with many phone calls with possible vehicles available. A pleasure to do business with.

I went to Quinn's to get my car inspected and the...

I went to Quinn's to get my car inspected and the windshield i had for 2 years was all of a sudden a problem. Also he wanted to charge me $350 for a $16 part. I went down to napa auto parts, got the part, and the guy at napa said a dummy could install the part in less than an hour. Quinns wanted to charge me for 3+ hours of labor. I would say that's a huge rip off.

Courtney, Thank you for taking the time to share you opinion of our service department. We always strive to make our customer experience great and fully explain repairs. Your car failed NY state inspection for TWO things a crack in the windshield that had entered into the wiper area and when we pulled off a rear wheel you had a rear wheel brake cylinder leaking brake fluid on to the braking surface. NYS has no wiggle room on these safety items and it is required that the vehicle fails the NYS inspection. We quoted you $174 to repair the wheel cylinder and if the other side also need repair YES it would be over $300 including sales was worse case. I also disagree with the NAPA counter persons onion of the repair. To disassemble then assemble the rear brakes and bleed them requires some skilled labor. Please feel free to stop or contact us for any info you might need. Thanks Mark Quinn

How car buying should be.

Bottom line - this was the very best, easiest, simplest, and most pain-free buying experience I ever had. It is good, old-fashioned, straight-talking, honest dealing. The approach is low-key; I was interested in a certain type of car, and they started by showing me the least, not the most expensive of the type. It was prepped and ready exactly as and when it was supposed to be. The pick-up was smooth, fast, and easy. They provided very good advice in terms of financing, extended service, insurance, and everything else I needed to know. It is a local company, and the owner lives in the area. That's good; he's accountable. This is the second car I've bought from Quinn's in three months, and the third overall. I am pleased to provide an absolute, unqualified, unconditional recommendation.

I recently purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler from Quinn Motor Car, Inc. It was a pleasant experience. I liked the size of the "operation". I don't large dealerships where you can see other sales people doing there thing with their customers. The vehicle has met or exceeded all of my expectations and I will go back for my next purchase when the time comes.
