Excelling service, great price, no pressure! Jeff and Alex were outstanding to work with throughout the entire process. Very responsive and took great care to ensure that my questions were addressed. I also had my car shipped and they facilitated the entire process for me.

Regarding our recent 2025 Ford Explorer purchase, our

Regarding our recent 2025 Ford Explorer purchase, our Salesperson, Jon Demaster, AND the Financial Rep, Alex Hernandez, were excellent to work with. Both individuals showed professionalism and experience as they worked with us. First, Jon went above and beyond to help FIND us the vehicle we were looking for. We were very specific in our request, and Jon was able to locate and in a timely manner, he was able to obtain the vehicle from another Dealership. We were also specific and steadfast on the price we wanted to pay for a vehicle of this type. We felt he met our needs promptly after we had several emails and conversations back & forth. He then secured the vehicle, brought it to EVS, and prepped it for delivery. Clean, neat, and a FULL tank of fuel for our trip back to Green Bay, WI. This is now the "2nd" vehicle we have purchased from EVS, and with Jon Demaster as our Salesperson. Great Job Jon. Secondly, as we dealt the Alex to finalize the financial part of this purchase, we found him to be well prepared, and experienced with the knowledgable to explain the paperwork and specifics of the purchase we were undertaking. The process went smoothly to its conclusion. Thanks again Alex, nice to work with you as well. In conclusion, we had a pleasant experience working with EVS again for this 2nd vehicle purchase, and these (2) folks who represent this dealership. We would recommend this dealership to folks who may be in the market, and are willing to venture out to other dealerships.

Dealerships commonly use low internet prices and then

Dealerships commonly use low internet prices and then tack on unnecessary taxable fees on the backend to drive up interest rates and make up the margins. This dealership's fees were low, on average. As far as price transparency goes... highly visible yet very immovable. We could not reach an agreement on the trade-in and retail price so I did not purchase a new vehicle from them, but I would recommend giving them a shot at your business if you are comfortable with non-negotiable internet pricing. Perhaps, larger dealerships are able to get better invoice pricing and provide greater discount's but this dealership's MSRP discounts were above average for the internet. I'd give them another shot if the situation were to arise.

I was extremely happy with my sale consultant, Jon De Master. Once I was able to locate a Ford Bronco at their dealership, they responded right away to my request for information, and held the vehicle until my arrival at the dealership 3 or 4 hours later. They had the vehicle cleaned and waiting inside the garage (rainy day), and I zipped through the buying process in no time. Jon was a pleasure to work with, and I will definitely consider buying from them in the future.
