This was the MOST positive experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We met with Adam several times during the decision-making process. He provided us with meaningful information that aided in making our decision. It was not just low pressure, it was No pressure assistance. By the time we purchased, we felt extremely comfortable and informed. Communication could not have been better.

My mother and I went to your location in Mequon to purchase a new vehicle, and our experience was outstanding. We went to take a look at a vehicle that we saw online and right away when we walked in the door everyone was so inviting. Adam was the salesman who helped us and he couldn't have been more helpful. We had many questions and he was very knowledgeable and was so nice to work with. I had never purchased a car from a dealership before and I would definetely recommend Sommers as a wonderful place to go.

Great experience
I had a wonderful experience at Sommer's Automotive. Everyone there was kind and welcoming. Joe, the salesman I worked with, was helpful, knowledgeable, and overall patient with me as I was indecisive! The whole process was easy and I received such useful guidance from Joe. I'm a proud owner of a new car for a price that could not be beat! I've already recommended Sommer's to a few friends of mine.

I stopped by the dealership on a whim...they had a great...
I stopped by the dealership on a whim...they had a great selection of used SUVs on their website. I sat down with Joe and he helped me pin-point those in my budget. I returned later that week with my husband to do some test driving. Joe walked through the lot with us (on a very cold, wet spring day in WI!!) and then turned us loose with our top choices. Once we'd made our selection he ran the numbers and offered some helpful hints that SAVED us money!! We picked up our vehicle this week and again, great service. Joe stayed later than scheduled to accommodate us and everything went very smoothly. All our questions were answered and everyone was so friendly!! I never felt pressured, only very supported through the entire process. It is an over 90 minute drive from our home to Sommer's but it was worth it!! We will be back!! THANKS JOE!!!

Myself and my family visited Sommers Subaru looking for a new vehicle. The experience started with Joe Natoli welcoming us into the dealership and lasted for 6 weeks. Myself and my family were treated with great respect. Our needs were understood and options were provided. Test drives were arranged without any reluctance. Over the 6 weeks of our search Joe did not put any pressure, he just provided us with more options over the email. He was also readily available for clarifications by email and phone. We decided on buying Subaru but it was our experience with Joe that made us buy from Sommer's Subaru. If you meet ask him about bowling :)

Bait and Swtich
Went in to look at a car. First one I looked at. Loved it. Had one other to see, but said I would be back. We negotiated a price and all was great. Left feeling wonderful. Decided to purchase so I returned. I received 3 calls before I came in that day from the sales guy, after I already confirmed I'd be in that afternoon! Had the car looked over and it needed one simple very cheap repair. We talked more about price and I was ready to purchase they came back at the original listed price! Not even the price we had negotiated at the prior visit a mere day earlier! I walked out. Poor business practice.

We take great pride in providing the best customer service we possibly can, so I did as much background research I possibly could regarding the situation. I discussed this with the salesperson and also the used car manager that was assisting the sales person, I genuinely believe that we have a misunderstanding, and we must have failed at presenting our information correctly if we gave the impression that we could not honor a mutually agreeable price. I can assure you that if we had a price that we agreed upon, we would proceed with that price. I sent you an email the other day and can follow up with a phone call, but I hope I can have the opportunity to clarify the discussions. I knew Chris from other dealerships and I also bought 2 cars prior to this. The difference at Sommers in mequon is they make it a personal effect to make you happy. Not only Chris but all the other staff also made it there personal goal to help you. I will buy my next car from Chris and hope she is at Sommers for that purchase. Thank you Chris !

We purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback from Mark back in October, and when the time came to find a "new" used car for our family, the first call was to Mark. He has been a pleasure to work with on our first Subaru purchase. His courteous and professional demeanor helped my wife and I decide on the right vehicle for our family and was with us throughout the process. After visiting many other dealerships, it would take a lot for us not to return to Sommer's. I just purchased our second car from him and again, his low-key interactions, worked well to make us feel comfortable and ready to buy. I would highly recommend Mark Krueger to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I have never been so impressed with a dealership more that sommers. I worked with the salesman George Katsafanas and he was a pleasure to work with..I would definitely recommend him. All the staff was very friendly and they are very fair in their pricing. I dont usually have good experiences with dealerships but this was a pleasant suprise. I bought the 2013 subaru crosstrek and absolutley love it!!
