Andrea answered the phone and was friendly and said all the things a customer wants to hear initially, eg. yes, we are interested in your trade, yes we can negotiate regarding the window sticker, yes I can put you with a great salesperson. Upon meeting Josh, he was friendly and straight-forward with no stupid questions like "what do you want to pay?" He was forthcoming about his own preferences, eg. purchase vs lease, etc. when I asked. Brian Shanahan did a full disclosure lease plan with results exactly as I wanted and Keegan Rafferty in Finance explained everything very well and took time to answer questions even though his workday had ended halfway through our process. Great experience overall- very sincere, free of mumble-jumble that only distracts and doesn't give the customer time to think. I would recommend this sales team to anyone.

I had a really great experience at the Sommer dealership. Adam was extremely knowledgable about the car and did not pressure me at all. I would recommend this dealership to friends or family.

I just bought a car from Josh Conell at Sommers and it was a great car buying experience. Josh was extremely informative and seemed to know every feature on the car, which was very impressive. I had just come from a different dealer, where the salesman was not nearly as up to date on the features of his vehicles. He followed up promptly and got me the car that I wanted at a fair price. He made my experience very enjoyable. I have been ranting about Sommers and his salesmanship ever since.

Sommers Subaru has the best online sales department I...

Sommers Subaru has the best online sales department I have ever seen. Grant and Chad were able to handle basically the entire transaction through either email or phone and were super competitive with their pricing. I live about 2 hours away so it was important for me to find a dealership that I could trust and Sommers Subaru met all my expectations and then some. They had the car cleaned up and pulled inside for me when I got there and they had most of the paperwork ready so I was able to get in and out faster than I have ever bought a car. My only regret is that I live too far away to take it there for service because it is one of the nicest dealerships I have seen and it looks like thy have an amazing service department. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used Subaru, Buick, or GMC.

Buying a car at Sommer's Subaru was far less stressful...

Buying a car at Sommer's Subaru was far less stressful than I had imagined. My sales person Adam Driewer was friendly, gracious, and extremely knowledgable about the Outbacks and Foresters that I was considering. I did not feel pressured to buy the cars, only educated to the features and differences between the two Subarus. I am now enjoying my first Subaru Outback and am recommending this dealersip and my sales person to anyone who needs a car.

I came in to Sommers last week to begin looking for a new...

I came in to Sommers last week to begin looking for a new vehicle for my fiancée and I. Adam kindly greeted her and I at the front desk as soon as we walked in; he even held the door open for us (I was very impressed.) We began discussing our needs and wants for the vehicle, however I explained to Adam that we were only LOOKING and had no intention of purchasing. I expected, at that point, for Adam to gradually lose interest in our business, but he never flinched or had a change in attitude. After explaining what was important to us and why, Adam suggested we look at the Subaru WRX. He mentioned that he drove a WRX so we immediately knew that we were going to be well informed on the vehicle. "Well informed" is a huge understatement. The quality and quantity of information Adam provided to Lindsay and I was ASTONISHING! I think at one point he rattled off the Pythagorean theorem (kidding, but he really was that thorough) Before we knew it, Adam had us sitting down with the business department working on a lease for a 2013 WRX. So much for "just looking!" The "'Rex" (as he calls it) was the 4th car I've purchased in my lifetime and I must say that shopping at Sommers, with Adam, was the easiest, non-stressful purchase of the four! Since my visit there in mid-January I have sent both my business partner and my mother to go see Adam at Sommers. He sold to both of them on their first visit, too! I cannot say enough good things about Adam. He was a great salesman and you can tell he's genuine!

Not just for Subies...

Found a 2010 Toyota Highlander SE through Cars.com. The pictures did not do justice for this particular vehicle. I emailed the dealer and George K answered me back the next day. After a week of emails and phone calls I was finally able to get George and his leader to lower the price to meet my expectations. Even though I did search for the entire U.S, and found that their vehicle was the cheapest, closest, cleanest, lowest miles, and had the options that I was looking for, I kept at it, and was able to close out at the price that I wanted. Honestly, I was a little irritated at Jeff, George's boss, but that's their job, to extract the most $$ for each vehicle. Pricing was fair. Service was great. Too bad dealership was not closer to the highway. If you plan to test drive a car, take a right out of the lot. Go all the way to HWY 94, go left, north. Exit on Cedarburg St. There is a park & ride there. Inspect your vehicle. Use the dirt lot in the back to test the AWD. I only wished they would've believed that I was a serious buyer the first day. I would have bought the vehicle the 2nd day. Instead it took a week and a half to close the deal. I am from Green Bay, so it was about a 1.5 hour drive. Worth it Oh, also..... ask for a full tank of gas before you tell them that you'll purchase the vehicle. George mentioned to me that they only supply a quarter tank

This was the absolute best new car buying experience,...

This was the absolute best new car buying experience, ever. Jeremy Stilb is very knowledgeable on all the features and models . He never tried to pressure me or talk me into any option or feature I did not want. I have never had this happen when buying a new car. He didn't try to rush me or use any of the crazy tactics that I am sure everyone has experienced at sometime. It really was an awesome experience.

Coming all the way from Oconomowoc probably tells you something on how desperate I was to find a car. I called and set up an appointment for the car listed and was immediately impressed how hassle free that was. Unfortunately, the car listed wasn't what I had hoped for. I was going to head back home. Jeremy immediately did a search and found another car, same model, that wasn't quite ready to show. Took it for a test ride and I knew I wanted it if I could get it for a fair price. It was the most painless experience I've had buying a car. We were running late and Jeremy had a Bucks game to get to with family, but hungout to make sure everything went okay. Even contacted me the next day. I'll be back!
