The experience was great, from sales (Steve Perkins and Joe) to finance. Everyone was accommodating, patient and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions. Joe took the time to walk my mom through all of the features of her new Subaru Crosstrek. This was her introduction to Subaru, but it's safe to say, she is now a fan.
