We just purchased our third new Subaru from Sommer's

We just purchased our third new Subaru from Sommer's Subaru and this was the easiest transaction ever for us. Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted by Darrell Jackson who always seemed to have a smile on his face. Darrell was extremely helpful throughout the process. When Darrell needed help, he brought Adam Swernoff into the conversation. During the process the receptionist asked if we needed anything, we also were congratulated on our purchase (even before it was finalized) by the person at the desk next to Darrell's. We also met the Finance Manager and someone else who was just walking by. Adam was very helpful when my wife realized that the Premium trim of the Ascent did not have a moonroof as our two Forester Premium's do. My wife panicked, then called up Darrell and Adam to see what they could do. Within a day Adam found another Subaru at a dealership in Lacrosse that was sent to Sommer's in a couple days. All in all, it was a very relaxing purchase of a new vehicle and my wife couldn’t be happier with our new RED Subaru Ascent Onyx that includes a massive moonroof. Thank you, Sommer's. Joe & Karen

Jim Cross is a remarkable sales associate. This was our first purchase of a Subaru and Jim explained options well of both Subaru and hybrids. We are very happy with our Subaru Forester Hybrid.

Exceptionally positive.

Exceptionally positive. My service attendant John S. was outstanding: informative, efficient and very helpful. Loaner vehicle was very important since on a busy schedule I came from Shorewood. Service itself was efficient and solved the issue. Well done!
