He was genuinely interested in helping us repair our 2011 BMW 328i, which had suffered a car-deer accident on the driver's side of the car, resulting in the need for a new drivers door, plus a new paint-job on that side of the car. Initially, I called up the dealership and spoke with Sachin, who's a consummate professional. The whole process of buying a car can be daunting; especially if you're not a car expert. Sachin walked me through what to look for when buying a used car. I immediately felt like I had a much better understanding of the process. Then, I explained to him what I was looking for in a car and he told me what cars would be a good fit for me. It's evident from talking to Sachin that's he's truly an expert on cars. Eventually, a car was available for sale that fit precisely what I needed. Sachin educated me on everything I needed to know about the car and made me feel right at ease. The entire purchase went as smooth as it could. When I showed up to purchase the car the general manager, Bill, showed me around the service center and highlighted what kind of work they do, which is quite extensive. Bill made it a point to let me know that they are available (even after work hours) to assist with any issues. I just can't say enough good things about these guys. Not only are they extremely competent in what they do but they are very friendly. I felt like I was part of their family. I can divide my experience with Motorwerks into two categories: service and purchase. As far as service goes, I had a 2005 BMW X5 and its 100.000 miles maintenance was due. I simply couldn?t afford a service of several thousand dollars at a BMW dealer and never trusted an ordinary mechanic with my BMW. That?s why I took it to Motorwerks. These guys clearly know what they are doing. I was very satisfied and confident after I picked up my car. Now the X5 is with my dad and it?s still running smooth! As for purchasing, one day I dropped my X5 for battery replacement at Motorwerks. I was thinking of getting a sports car at the time and was inclined to get a Corvette. When I came to pick the X5 up next day, I saw `something? that definitely made me forget about Corvette. If you believe in love at first sight, that?s what I had at Motorwerks. I instantly fell in love with the black BMW 650i Convertible they pulled in at Motorwerks. Without even asking the price I was like ?Oh my god, I?m so buying this car!? I called Sachin, Motorwerks? sales manager, and told him about my interest. We had a pre-agreement on the phone. Since it was my first time buying a car, Sachin and Bill helped me with the whole process. They even bore with me when I told them that my first attempt at getting a car loan had failed with a bank. (Then, I went with a credit union and they didn?t disappoint).When I picked up the 650i it was very well detailed. Sachin handled all the paperwork in order and he even dug me up an extra set of keys for the vehicle and offered. Because it was a RWD, I bought a new set of winter tires and rims and they even offered to store my spare set of tires and rims free-of-charge for one year. It?s been four months with the 650i and the experience has absolutely been amazing! I can?t wait for spring to arrive. I?ll switch to the summer tires, put the top down and my vacation will begin! Ordered a 2013 Ford Raptor and Motorwerks made my trade in process effortless. Can't wait to bring back the new raptor to have all my performance upgrades done.
