Follow-Up To Review Previous Issue

Angie the Service Advisor was very receptive to help resolve a previous issue my truck was having with squealing brakes when depressing the brake pedal softly. Unfortunately Ford Motor replacement brake components are of a lesser quality (Brake Service Tech) that the ones installed at the factory. Requesting parts at the time of service to have the same as coming from the factor would have a 300% cost increase

In and out!!

Service writer was very thorough and explained things. They explained what may need attention in the future. Only one thing... my car now smells of parts cleaning type solution. I'm not sure where it's coming from, but it's pretty strong.

Fast and easy

I was able to schedule the Works package online on a Sunday night for 11:30 the next morning. Eric Wagner and the service techs had me in and out of there in 45 minutes. Just enough time for a Danish and a hot chocolate.

Routine Maintenance

Quick, efficient service. Always a positive experience. Just routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation. It would be nice to have a better variety of vehicles in showroom to look at while waiting.

Too Slow

With an appointment, it took over 75 minutes for the Work oil change and related services. This Needs to be done faster for me in the future

Horrible customer service

Dropped my car for an oil change at 9am told it would be ready about 10:30. Did not recieve any phone call. I called at almost 3:30pm to be told they couldnt tell me or look into whether or not my car was done or not.

Great Service worth the trip

I was greeted when I arrived and offered coffee while my salesman Dan Powell was located. The coffee was good and the service I was provided excellent. Dan took the time to go over all the options on my new Ford F-150. He not only explained everything but helped to set up the electronics with my phone

Amazing, responsive and worked hard to get us a loaner car!
