Excellent Dealership!
Excellent dealership, would not go anywhere else! My family has purchased/leased many vehicles from this dealership and have never had anything short of a great experience! Our amazing Salesman, Marty McGee goes above and beyond the normal duties of his job and takes great care of his customers, always has! We have had many vehicles serviced at Ewald for oil changes and normal wear and tear repairs. These appointments are always on time and I never feel like they are trying to sell me additional repairs like I have at other dealerships! Marty McGee has been my salesman for 16+ years and has always taken the best care of me and my other family members and friends who have purchased from him. When I say he goes above and beyond that is an understatement! Marty will pick up my vehicle for oil changes, if I have questions he will come to my house and show me how to use whatever my question is about and I love walking into a dealership and seeing the huge smile he gives his customers every time!! GREAT JOB EWALD AND MARTY!!!

Vehcile Service and Used Vehicle Purchase
We purchased our Ford 2002 Escape new at this Dealership and have had it serviced at the dealership over the years. The vehicle was very dependable and only normal wear and tear items needed to be addressed. Roy & Julie in the service dept. are always helpful and friendly and provide us with the best coupon deal(s) offered . We decided to upgrade to 2012 Ford Escape since this was the last model year for this vehicle type that we liked. We kept checking the Ewald Venus Ford web page for a vehicle that had everything that we wanted. Baha was a good at haggling and he provided accommodation to our busy work schedules for both the purchase, trade in and pick up of the 2012 Ford Escape. Brad provided a variety of options for extended warranty and vehicle preservation plans. Brad saved us some $$$ by signing us up for the Ewald Gold Rewards Program. We chose the best plans available basically prepaying for any potential maintenance expenses during the next 5 year in advance, since the vehicle will be serviced at Ewald's Venus Ford. We have recommended this dealership to friends and family members.

We recently purchased a 2018 Ford Edge Titanium with a V-6 engine and we truly love this vehicle. We chose not to prepay the maintenance on this purchase and we hope to use the remainder of coupons for prepaid maintenance on the 2012 Escape (which we traded in) on the 2018 Ford Edge.
Vehicle Purchase and Vehicle Repairs
Baha (Sales Dept.) and Brad (Finance Dept.) accomodated our busy schedules to purchase, arrange pick up plus discuss warranty options. Although we have been customers for many years before this dealership became part of the Ewald Family, we were not members of the EWALD Rewards Program. Brad signed us up for the program and helped us save some $$$ immediately. Julie & Roy in the Service Department work with us to get the best value for servicing (including reviewing combining coupon specials when we had multiple services performed on the vehicle) the vehicle that we recently traded in. The initial plan was to keep our 2002 Ford Escape for awhile longer however the 2012 Ford Escape we saw on the Ewald Venus Ford web page had everything we wanted, therefore we had to stop in for a test ride and then we decided to purchase the vehicle. Most everyone at this dealership is helpful and courteous to customers and we have recommended the dealership to freinds and family members.

In for an oil change - and bought my car here
We bought our car here, a 2014 Escape, last September from Mary Gullen....... she was very informative, she took the time to explain stuff. She offered that if I had any questions once I went home to give her a call or email her. We looked around online on many different sites and found what I wanted here. My sister-in-law bought here too.... I love that it has eco-boost and the power it has. I was going to go for a used car because of price, but ended up buying a new car! Today I am getting an oil change as I bought the maintenance package and we got the fabric protector and shield protector for the paint.

Horrible!
I purchased a 2012 certified pre-owned ford edge from this dealership. It has had a ton of problems during the 9 months I have had it. Door wouldn't close, window fell into the door, power steering system failed and needed to be replaced, just to name a few. The most recent issue I took it in for was the back driver side break was getting extremely hot when I drove on the express way. I took it to the service department on a Thursday, When I heard back from them on Saturday afternoon she told me it would cost me $387 to fix. When I question why the warranty didn't cover it she claimed that somehow these parts are not included in the bumper to bumper warranty. When I arrived to pick up the edge the actual cost was $485. When I asked to speak to the service manager I was told service was closed and wouldn't reopen for three days and that I would need to pay the inflated cost or I would not get my car back.

the greatest moment in my life
just bought my 2010 kia rio from Baha Awadallah, and it was truly the greatest moment in my life. I honestly didn't think it was going to be possible, but Baha Awadallah made the whole process smooth and easy. I would recommended to anyone looking for a car to go to Ewald ford in Cudahy and ask for Baha Awadallah. he will make it worth your while! :)

Absolutely no help, tried ripping me off
Bought a new Ford F-150 supercrew from Ewalds, over $44K. I decided to put seat covers on. I was able to install the fronts and the seat portion of the rear seats. I could not figure ot how to remove backrest portion of rear seat to install this part of the seat cover. I stopped at the dealership and was told 1.8 hours labor at $100+ per hour. I told the advisor that seemed high but I had no choice. The day of the appointment, I asked again about the time charged as it seemed high . Again, was told 1.8 hours at $100+ hr. Cancelled appt. Went home, watched u-tube video and had seat covers on in less than 1/2 hr. I called service mngr to talk to him, got his voice mail and left message. He never had the courtesy to return my call 1st and last new car from Ewald
