Worst dealership to deal with. Started from the first day I bought my $38,000 truck. They don't care about you after that check clears. If you have to deal with Joel O or Andy in the service department RUN!!!

I AM NOT EVEN CLOSE TO OKAY WITH HOW EWALDS SERVICE
I AM NOT EVEN CLOSE TO OKAY WITH HOW EWALDS SERVICE CENTER WORKS. Worst shop in Milwaukee by a lot. Here is the full list of issues I've been dealing with since over 2 years ago. 1 I brought my truck in for a supposed 7000 dollar fix. I get my oil change change and small service done by them and end up bringing in a year later including brakes and rotors. They tell me my passenger side turbo was blown. Along with a handful of other "problems" they tell me altogether it's going to be 10000 cost so they sell me a warranty. The service advisor said I can get the warranty and all will be gaurunteed covered for 3600. So I agree. I wait a whole month to get a call saying your claim has been denied. I WAS NEVER INFORMED ABOUT HAVING TO APPEAL A CLAIM THEY SAID IT WOULD BE COVERED. So I demand a refund for the warranty they falsified selling me. Then I let the truck sit for 3 months and take it to an actual repair shop who diagnosed the problems. EWALDS SERVICE center never tested the turbo they saw oil on the turbo and diagnosed it as blown. We'll come to find out the last moron to do the oil change at EWALDS put the filter on so loosely that oil was spraying everywhere and my both turbos work perfectly and are blowing no low boost codes. So the only problem was cleaning off my turbo and a exhaust fix which EWALDS said would cost 3 grand while the actual decent working repair shop did for 1000 . Today I decided to take my truck in for brakes squealing which was done only a year ago by EWALDS. GUESS WHAT?! They used the cheapest pads and rotors and the loud squealing is coming from the cheap a** brake pads they used. So if you dont want to waste money get angry and feel like your wasting your time then STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!!!

I had a scheduled appointment at 11:00am to have my oil
I had a scheduled appointment at 11:00am to have my oil changed. I arrived 30 minutes early because I was running ahead of schedule. I pulled in was asked my name, the employee took pictures of my car and told me that I was early and my car would be done at noon. Around 12:20pm the same employee came out and said that my vehicle would be done soon they were just finishing up. Around 1:10pm I went into the service area to check on my car and was told by the manager that they hadn’t even started the service. I was asked to schedule a new appointment at which time I said that I had used a vacation day to get service taken care of. He apologized and offered to pick up the vehicles and do the oil change free of charge. I explained that the oil change was already free because I purchased the vehicle from them. He then said they would detail the car when it came back for service. Today the vehicle was picked up and returned and it was not detailed. I called and have yet to receive response. Very disappointed in the service.
